How to create a mockup from a wireframe using Adobe XD for Web Design Companies?

I'm unable to launch XD after updating my Mac.  I've tried uninstalling using the Cleaner Tool and reinstalling. Still getting the same issue. Tried running the app via root account and it's also crashing upon launch. Anything else I can try to resolve this so I can get back to doing my work?

Is there a way to change all instances of a font family in XD? I.e. - if I wanted every character style that uses Roboto to be changed to Futura in one click.

Hi everyone,I'm currently trying to create a drop down menu for a windows application. The button where you click on to show the drop down menu has a default, hover and selected state, with the selected state showing the dropdown menu. The items in the dropdown menu will have the same default, hover and selected effects. I'm having great difficulty trying to prototype this. If I copy the main button and place it in the selected state to create the drop down menu items, the drop down menu items get a red outline. I've tried other methods which just end up like this (see video attached).I hope someone can help me with this.Kind regards,Elke

We published a design in design review mode. Our QA person spent time going through and making comments. We are using this app now after an year and imported XD file only to find our comments gone. The comment window appears blank at all no matter how may times.Reading other comment's feedback I tried to change the view settings of link but unable to due to reaching capacity of plan and getting upgrade message.I deleted the earlier link mistakenly Now how shall I get back my previous link with comments.

All Adobe XD Links, old and new does not load. Instead an error is displayed.Are the servers down? ... Again?

When file is saved on Cloud, XD is crashing ALL THE TIME! It won't stay opet for more than 10min. I use Windows 10 Home, version 20H2 and it is VERY FRUSTRATING!

Hi,After the latest update, there's quite a big delay when previewing an artbpard on the desktop, meaning that the specific artboard, instead of resizing almost instantly, like it used to, takes quite a bit in order to resize to the preview window's size.Thanks

Hye guys,I don't mean to be an ass, but this feature is just as bad as the grid layout. The UX is interruptive, intrusive and annoying. Plus the scope is totally messed up, why should I see something that belongs in the SHARE section, in the DESGIN section? MAKES NOOO SENSE!!!! Who comes up with these terrible ideas???????????????

Hello,I'm developping a new plugin, and I have a <input type="password"> in side a dialog that is shown by clicking a button from the plugin panel. When I show the dialog, click inside the input, and then click outside the output, the XD application crashes (exit). I'm on a Windows 10 64x environment. Any idea if there is a workaround ?

The Interactions are flipped. Meaning when clicked on horizontal distribution icon its distributing verticaly. And vice versa on the vertical distribution icon. see the screenshots below.       

Hello there, I'm having a problem finding the assets on shared links.For example i marked 3 assets.But when the link is updated nothing shows (can't find the assets).  Can someone please advise on how can this problem be resolved ?Thank you.

Hello,When my collaborators or I try to open our XD Cloud document, it gets stuck with the "Connecting..." pop-up on top of it, indefinitely. FYI we are running Windows and one of us uses Mac. We have tried the workarounds suggested, such as but not limited to the following:Closing and re-opening Adobe XDShutting down various Adobe processes using Task ManagerRestarting the MachineClearing %temp% directoryWe have tried all of the methods at a time, sometimes all methods together, sometimes one method at a time. Unfortunately, no matter what we do, the file never opens. For now, we have exported as a local copy and re-uploaded as a separate cloud file to share with collaborators. Any workarounds or solutions you can suggest to this would be helpful.Thanks.

I'm getting this error when I open prototype links! {Renamed By MOD}

I want to do vertical and horizontal scrolling but my Adobe XD does not have these button. And also I can't install plugin    {Renamed By MOD}

I know this has been posted a thousand times before, but it's an issue I come across at least once a week and it's driving me bonkers!! Anytime I mask an image and export as a pdf, it shows up distorted and tiled. This happens in Preview and Safari, not Acrobat. I've asked my clients to open in Acrobat, but they don't have that, and keep opening it in Preview. I can't keep telling every client which apps to use every time I send them something. My workaround is to export from XD as flat pngs, and them combine all those pngs into one pdf with Acrobat. It's a huge waste of time. I read earlier that this is an Apple issue, but is there any way that the export could be fixed on XD's end? Sharing PDFs is a major part of my workflow:( Thanks for your consideration.

Design review/Exported links are currently down for us. Refreshing the page and clearing cache don't work, obviously. Looks like something do to with the Xd servers or the cloud having problems.

Errno: 17 After testing, I found that the root reason is that Adobe generated an encrypted folder A (Let's call it A). And if you want to install plugin, you need to move it from folder A to folder B.  The move failed because the A folder was encrypted. This in turn causes the plug-in installation to fail. So how to solve it??????

its showing something went wrong on all my XD links. Please can anyone suggest what to do for this? You can try accessing the link again or, if the error persists, report the error.  This is the message.

Today there was an update that now does not allow me to add people to new projects that have been created. This is a critical error, I have a paid account that does not give anything in fact. I have been trying to add people to my project for 3 hours and keep getting 404

Hello.  I am using XD as part of my job. I have been trying to log in to a colleague's account all morning but every time I log myself out (I have cleared my cache and cookies, uninstalled and reinstalled XD and rebooted my laptop), when I open XD it's logged back in as me again. The reason I am trying to log in as a colleague is I am unable to see the shared documents which are visible to all other members of the team.  Please can someone help me?  Sophie

I am running macOS Big Sur version 11.4. I've had this issue since last week.  XD is updated too to version 40.1.22.3. Crashes seem to happen randomly, when opening multiple files, zooming in and out, when moving a layer or saving a file. Loading icon shows up on the screen and then everything freezes. I have to actually click Force quit to stop the application. If actively wanting to work on a project XD lasts no longer than 10 minutes before it cdoes this.  I keep send reports button after the crash but never heard back from anyone. How can it be fixed?
