Adobe XD

Hi all, I recently tried to design a website with the parallax effect. This is the link to my design: https://xd.adobe.com/view/f2c04e3e-9307-4fad-8842-c4eedcdf18ee-a793/   I tried to put parallax effect From page 2 to 5, as well as page 6 to 7. When you click an arrow, the transition supposed to be very smooth; a middle image(1) should be pushed away to the left, and the bottom layer image(2) from the three images at the right supposed to slide to the middle where the middle image(1) was located. It was working at first, but when the program stopped suddenly, I closed the adobe xd. After that, when I enter the same file, the parallax effect has gone, and only dissolve transition remained. I want to know is there anything that I can do to recover the parallax effect while transitioning. Can anybody help me? I will highly appreciate it if you answer my question. I've embedded an application prototype to my Bēhance profile but unfortunately the background color of the homepage has a completely different color and a weird texture to it than what's supposed to be (from original XD work file of the prototype). Everywhere else it seems to work fine but the embedded section of Bēhance project.After Signing In or tapping on Sign In, the prototype takes you to feeds section where you'll able to see the issue, although other screens are working fine.Here's a link to project so you can see this issue for yourself in the prototype section. - https://bit.ly/34Mn4dI Thanks

Hello, I'm trying to export a banner with a hover button but to an html code with a pluging, but when the file is exported is lool as an image file without the hover of the button, so please anybody can help me? 

I make a lot of use of the assets in XD. But recently I can no longer permanently change the names of my assets. It looks like it is being refreshed again to the old status / name.I go to 1 of my assets > right mouse > change name > enter a new name. As soon as I click away, he puts the old name back.Anyone have any idea what's going wrong here?

Hello everyone. Been on this issue for 3 days, I'm getting crazy. I need to crop/resize my artboard. They are long one, and I resize them 1080. That's what allow me to create scrolling animation. Working well But I have an issue with only one artboard. When i resize it, the extra stuff on it goes into the mount table (not sure if that's the correct name in English) instead of staying on my artboard but invisible.  Not sure I explain it well, English is not my first language sorry 😞 To summarize, when I crop the others, the layers are staying in the artboard group, and everything outside the space is invisible. But for this problematic one, the layers are going out on the mount table and stay visible.  This problem is ruining my animation...  Can someone help? Pleaaaaaase Thank you ❤️

Hello there, i have been working with adobe XD for last two years, and have not experienced such a bug, basically when you auto animate any element and create Prototype (Presentation link) on hover it flickers instead of beigt smooth, noticed this bug today. Here's an example - https://xd.adobe.com/view/9505af50-5b0e-4a9d-9517-d79277fd8f1d-c056/?fullscreen, instead of sliding to right it jumps Up / Down, it shouldn't be like that. Any fixes? Thank You.

Hi there, I have started using XD since last 6 months, it's amazing design tool, getting in love with it. But one problem, is everything possible in real mobile applications what we design in XD. For example animation effects, auto animate, transitions etc? I have talked to few developer and they even haven't see these kind of animation effects before.  Does it possible to develop mobile app with UI design in XD as it is? Many thanks,Aqeel

 Whenever I open a mobile app prototype link on a desktop webpage, it displays in a weird way, there is a large vertical scroll bar on the right and a horizontal white line at the top,center and bottom of the page therefore ruining the experience of people all over the world trying to interact with the app, and I've noticed this only happens because horizontal scroll is turned on from XD app itself and then I can't turn it off  because they'll be no way for a user to scroll through each item horizontal under each categories as displayed in the picture above. I need a solution to this pls, Help anyone!

Is there a way to change the background color of the canvas behind/under the artboards?

Hi, I reinstalled my Windows 10 and as I reinstalled Adobe XD it won't activate anymore. I downloaded the setup -> started it -> logged in with my Google Account and wait for the installation to finish. On first startup it says Adobe XD couldn't activate (Reinstall etc. also didn't helped). I already installed a VM on my PC to test if it's working with a VM and it did. I also checked the Firewall or services which could be needed for activation. I got a custom Windows 10 and I don't know if I missing any needed components which are in default Windows 10.

Hello, I am creating a web app and am using the web export plugin to convert what I have created in Adobe XD into HTML/CSS/JS code. In the desktop preview, the interactive elements work fine (hovering creates underlines, dropdown lists etc.) - might be important to mention that I create the interactive elements using of components, creating a default state, hover state etc. However, when I run the HTML code separately (after I've exported it with Web Export) - there are no interactions at all. Is there something wrong? Or does the Web Export not support interactive elements created in Adobe XD? Many thanks

Whenever I add a drop shadow to an element, the fill of the element doesn't get rendered correctly in the spec/review link. It always appears with 0% opacity. This is makes it difficult to create layovers and popups because text and other elements are visibly overlapping with each other. Any one else having this issue?

Right now when a prototype is shared for review and viewed on a mobile device with the "Open in fullscreen" option checked it still renders within the browser "chrome". Is there a way to have it truly appear in fullscreen, similar to what Marvel and InVision have done? I would very much like to use XD as a primary prototyping and user testing tool, but not having the app simulate the "real thing" is a deal breaker. Please, if anyone has any info on this, it would be greatly appreciated.   And yes, I'm aware that it works fullscreen in the dedicated XD mobile app. I am looking for a solution in which I can send a client or potential user a link and have them use it sans any additional barriers.   Adobe XD   Marvel   {Renamed By MOD}

I have to design an app for a specific tablet (Samsung Tab Active Pro: 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA)) that is not in the default artboards of Adode XD. What can I do?

Hi! Relatively new designer here. I want to share my prototype which is designed at 1366x768. The link to the prototype shows the artboard within a 768x768 square (fits the width of the artboard) instead of expanding so that the whole art board is visible without scrolling down. Is there a way to set zoom constraints so that a viewer can see the entire artboard when they open the link?  Thanks!

I'm having this issue as well since the update, all linked style libraries have been disconnected, and can not update anything. Also having issues opening most of my cloud saved xd docs. Getting either "can't connect to cloud server" errors or "problems opening this version" errors. I have tried signing in/out of adobe cloud - nothing seems to work...
