I'm having trouble generating a link; I keep getting Error 44:63.I've updated everything I could on my Mac, and my internet connection is good, but the error still persists.Is there any way to fix this?Some of my friends are experiencing the same issue.

I wanted to publish three areas. I managed to publish one and something died. I changed the network, rebooted, checked for updates. The error is clearly on the Adobe side. Please check it out.

Hello All, I keep getting this error when I try to create a shareable link for my website prototype: "You can't create links on Creative Cloud because of your organization's sharing restrictions." I have never experienced this before and have no idea what to do. I need to fix this very soon as I have an upcoming deadline and need to share this design. I have a problem with error 44:63. The preparation of link is failed.

I've just started experiencing a problem with one particular XD file where updating my link isn't actually updating the UI shown in the web browser. I'm able to update the link like normal, but when i go into 'Share' mode i've noticed that the UI elements revert to their previous state and their updated state is visible, but greyed out (like a "ghost copy" of the changes i've made; see attached screenshot). When i finish publishing the changes and check the link, the changes i've made to the UI elements are not represented, but rather they remain in their original state. When i switch over to Share mode, the UI elements revert to their previous state and the updated UI is shown as a "ghost copy". Of course i've saved the file, closed and re-opened XD, checked for updates, rebooted, tried creating a brand new prototype link (same result), etc. I've tested it out with other XD prototype links i have (separate files) and they're working as expected. adobe xd Now the official stop updating the service, but the daily use is still in use, not long ago a dealer notified the infringement by phone, and forced to buy photoshop and Illustrator two sets of software before you can continue to use xd, is this reasonable?

Hi there, anyone else having issues just locating the app download button? I'm trying to transition from Sketch to this and I've been trying for hours at this point with no luck. I even downloaded the Windows Desktop app for CC, and am unable to find it there. Thanks for any help.  

I have XD as well as the Creative Cloud application/suite. I have it because I have a license through the university I work at. My new replacement should have the same liscence, working at same university. Looking at previous forum posts, it looks like customer service has to be contacted to give access to XD download? So can you help me with getting XD download access to my colleague?Our Adobe accounts are: tjbriggs@ualr.edu (mine, with XD) and ruprety@ualr.edu (no XD nor download to find)

Hello,I have issues when I share a file from my Adobe XD account (Creative Cloud app or Adobe XD app) with someone.When I share it, the person receives the email but cannot open it after clicking on the link (an issue mentioned many times in other discussions).However, we don’t have any account issues. We both have the latest version of Adobe XD and when he tries to open my file in his Creative Cloud Desktop app under "Shared with you," he can open it.So, does the issue come from the email sent?Thanks,Alvin

I collaborate with two other people on three different XD files for various projects. Every few months, the files become corrupted without any clear cause. We’re always online and avoid doing anything unusual in XD, but this has been an ongoing issue for the past two years. It’s becoming increasingly frustrating for our team. (no plugins or third party tools pure XD)

Dear Adobe Support Team,I am reaching out for urgent assistance regarding an issue with accessing Adobe XD on my enterprise account.Despite having an active license through my company’s enterprise plan (the account was created a few days ago), I am currently unable to see or download Adobe XD. I'm really trying to understand the purpose of XD.  The best I can tell is to just make what you want an app or website to look like but not for making actual apps and websites.  Then what's really the purpose of it? If I created a full prototype, then how do I go about making it into an app or website?  What's the next step? I'm a pro user of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop for over 23 years and burning out.  I'm seeing many jobs wanting UX/UI experience like with XD and I want to learn it, I just can't wrap my head around it's real purpose.

Adobe I feel abandoned. What's after XD? Really don't want to jump to another prototyping tool only to jump back as soon as there is an option that fits perfectly with other Creative Cloud apps. I'm holding out, but losing faith

I want to use XD in my classroom, but it won't be of any use if it's no longer there next year.

I am sharing this with the community so adobe can resolve this coz of this we are facing a collaboration issue. I am sharing the screen shot for the same.  Issue: Adobe xd is showing two different paddings to two different user, Mac user is having different padding and windows and because of this issue its very difficult to collaborate between designers.Screenshot 1 is from windowns systemScreenshot 2 is from MAC system 

I have just crossed the deadline to deliver a files to a customer due to 'Error 47' where there are graphics which I have to update daily. I don't have access to them and this will probably be the last day I use XD in the cloud. This makes no sense with a paid subscription and even less with a not so cheap subscription. Thanks Adobe...

Hello,I prototype a flow with a vocal interraction XD was the only one to do that.It works perfectly until las month, but today it's not working animore, the mircophone with space bar is ok but no voice from SD (joanna or the others)  maybe a bug from adobe or from ios.Is there people like me ?I will maybe jump on protopie to re-create this flow

Hi, I want to purchase the XD app and I can't. I click purchase and it opens a website with a 404 page not found error.

How do I import videos with a transparent background into Adobe XD? I've exported my video from after effects using RGB + Alpha channels, but when I import it into XD the video appears with a solid background. Is there any other way for me to import my animations in XD with a transparent background?

When masking a image in a shape it use to make borders around the shape like I always do now suddenly its making the border on the image it doesn't matter that I only click on the shape it still gives the border on the image. 

Hello! Before, when I add a new component to the library, the Publish icon became blue, and if I click on it there were 2 buttons - "Update" and "Publish". Now, when I add a new component, the Publish icon stays grey and there is no Update button available. I don't want to publish the Library again and again each time I need to add a little thing there because it creates a new version each time and it is hard for the team to know which version is the latest one. Could you bring back the Update button please!Below are images attached with examples of what I'm talking about (I just added a new component).OS: Windows 10 ProXD version: XD (58.0.12)Thank you in advance! Natalya
