Random Adobe Animate Crash When Using .jsfl with fl.quit(false)

Hi Team,Has anyone encountered the following issue when using Adobe Animate with a .jsfl file?Error getting remote endpoint: asio.system:10057 (A request to send or receive data was disallowed because the socket is not connected and (when sending on a datagram socket using a sendto call) no address was supplied.) handle_connect error: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.What I found:I have a .jsfl file that contains only: fl.quit(false)(Originally, the script included code to publish .fla files into .swf, but after investigating, I narrowed the issue down to fl.quit(false) and commented out everything else.)Steps to Reproduce:Create a test.jsfl file with only: fl.quit(false)Open CMD and run: cd "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Animate 2024" Animate.exe "\\test.jsfl" -AlwaysRunJSFLAnimate will open, then close, and crash. Stuttering during camera movements

HTML5 ad not clicking through

Hello, we're trying to get an HTML5 ad to work but the vendor placing the ad said our click tags weren't configured correctly. Can anyone help us? why movie clips dont play on preview?

is it something about performance or another thing? i know graphics are the only one that i can preview but why movie clips doesnt?  its so boring when i want to give something effect but i just can preview testing the animation, where i cant even control a time bar

images not appearing on stage they turn into invisible rectangles?

cam import images into animate, they only appear in the library. but as soon as you drag onto stage they turn into invisible rectangles which drop onto the stage. but you cant actually grab them. There has to be a solution. have spent the last couple of frustrating days trying to get Animate to work correctly Used to used Flash 8 to animate and this looks as though it is an updated version. though I wouldn't say improved

Animate not preserving clipping masks from Illustrator

Hello to All!I'm pretty new here (just starting out with Animate) and have run into the following problem when trying to animate my first graphic: namely, objects, which were made using clipping mask in illustrator didn't import correctly into Animate... 😕😕 This is how they should look like (screen from Illustrator, arrows pointing to where clipping mask is used) and thi is how the design looks like when imported into Animate...the blue bars imported unclipped, while the background elements within the cicrles including stats are gone altogether.Does anyone know what mistakes I'm malking and can advise what I could try next?Thank you! 🙂

Ich bin neu hier, habe auch von Animate keine Ahnung. Leider werden viele Texte geschrieben aber nichts kann man sehen, was das, was da beschrieben wird, bedeutet, kann, macht, oder wie es wirkt. Erst wenn man das Programm kauft kann man es kennen lernen. Denn, wen man es als Test versucht bekommt man wieder nur halbe bis 16tel Infos darüber. im Höchstfalle wird nur ein übergang erklärt. Das reitzt mich nicht das programm zu kaufen. Bitte, bin schon älter, aber, wer kann mir mitteilen welcher art der Übergänge in diesem oder einen nebenprogramm von Adobe Alements/Premiere,CS3, PRO? mitgegeben s werden. Muss man sie Kaufen? ich suche überwiegend weiche Überblendungen die immer 2 Bilder im Übergang verschmelzen lassen können. Möglichst Verschiedene und weiche Bleden. Keine Klötze Keine Hüte keine Schlitze kein zerplazen keine explusionen. Meine Bilder sind Kunstwerke handgemalt am PC die man nicht im Übergang zerschlitzt, was ja in Adobe scheinbar sehr beliebt ist. Ic

My animate project keeps disappearing (on Mac)

Hi, when I save my Adobe animate file, the file and recovery file completely disappears from where I've saved it and is nowhere on my computer (like it never existed). This led to losing some of my project. I have learnt that after saving, I can make a quick edit to my project and save it again and then the files return back to where they were. I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this problem and if there's anything to fix it? It was working fine the other day and now not anymore.Thanks

PLEASE HELP!! Animate FLA files disappearing off desktop folder

Put this into an older post but the persons problem was slightly different then mine and was nt sure if it would be seen where it was. .  After spending a couple hours in Animate on small projects over the weekend all 3 dissappeared from a folder i was saving them into on my desktop on my M4 macbook.  And not at once. So I don't understand what Im doing wrong.  I did one. Saved it. Was able to open it again. Later in the day it was missing from the project list when opening the program. It was in the recent opened list, but when i tried to open it from there it told me it didnt exist and would remove it from the recent list.  This happened 3 times in a row. The only thing I can think of is maybe i opened the project and closed it again without making a save but Im not sure if i did that all 3 times.  And no other program works like that so it doesnt make since for it to dissappear. I am new to animate so would love to just hear that im doing

Animated frames desyncing with reference footage

I am very new to adobe animate as in I literally started using it like three hours ago. So far, all I'm trying to do is rotoscope over some reference footage, but I've ran into a problem where after closing adobe animate and opeing it again, all my animated frames are out of wack with the original video. I'll attach a video of what I mean. Not sure if I've messed something up, or if this is some kind of glitch.

Hello!I previously created a thread about AnCode, which is my toolkit for Adobe Animate. Over time, maintaining the WindowSWF interface format became difficult, so I migrated to Adobe CEP. Corrupted file in animate due to no space in disc... any chance to recover the file?

Hello!I have been diving in a lot of replies but nothing works for me.I have been working in a file and I usually work with several backs ups at the same time.Last friday I was working in a file when the computer started to complain about no space on disc. I cleaned the bin and everything seemed to work.So I saved the file, the back up and de recovering file was still there. No errors, no complains from animate, neither windows.And today I have found that all of them are corrupted!!!!I have been looking for extra temporary files in windows, I have made the rar stuff and it said that it cannot be fixed. I tried to open from other device: nothing. The files are aound 200 mgs and I before this I didn´t have any issue for opening them. Does someone have any extra solution?Thanks a lot.

Media Encoder Not Completing

When I test my movie in Animate, it ends on correctly on completion.  But the Media Encoder mp4 output always stops short a few seconds before the end.  (about 4100 frames).Is this a bug? Any suggestions? Thx

Is there a way to insert a blank key frame between two other key frames?

So I've been constantly attempting to make an animation, but every time it's choppy because of how I'm making my keyframes. I wanna add keyframes in between others to help the animation flow better, but I cant seem to find out how. I've tried to press f7 to insert a keyframe while highlighted over one, but it just cycles to the frame after it without adding a new one. Is there any way to do this?

Animate crashing constantly

Adobe Animate help!Animate keeps on crashing when I manually trace my jpg character sketch. It's a process I've done multiple times throughout my career.  Animate version: 24.0.12Computer: MacBook Pro 15 inch 2017, 3.1 ghz quad-core intel core i7Ram: 16 GB DDROS: Ventura 13.7.8Hard disc use: 940 GB of 1TB I just downloaded an older version (23.0.15) out of frustration to see if that works better.Anybody have an idea?

Madcap flare doesn't like Animate

Madcap Flare support tells my HTML guy that we can't include Adobe Animate files on the webpage using Madcap. How does someone get their Animate files to be deliverable in HTML? THis shouldn't be so hard. THe whole purpose is to get the file online. It was easy 20 years ago when it was flash. What happened? Why is this application seeming to be useless now?
