Here are two enhancements requests for batch renaming. Both of them should require just a few lines of code and would enhance our daily workflows greatly.*Let us use longer image names.*The text fields offer plenty of space, yet you only offer us space for names up to roughly 25 letters. For our use-case we always need far longer names. They never fit the current field. It was an easy change to make the current field grow, when longer input gets detected.*Give us a checkbox to reset the "sequence number" field*. This would make work with series of images a lot less tedious. I even suggest making "reset" the default value (checkbox checked) – I cannot imagine a use-case where contiguous numbering between renaming sessions was desirable.The attached paint over shows the proposed changes.

And after reach the end point, it appears multiple unstable issues:- sometimes it lost selection after drag select and scroll,- sometimes it returns back first page, only selects the files on first page.- sometimes it didn't scroll at all, only stay at first page.

With the recent iterations of Adobe Bridge, specifically the 2023 and 2024 versions, there has been a significant change in how the software handles thumbnails and previews. In Bridge 2022, both the thumbnail and preview sizes were adjustable according to user preferences. This allowed for a highly customizable user experience, catering to individual needs and workflow requirements.However, in Bridge 2023 and 2024, only the thumbnail size adheres to user-defined settings. When a RAW file is selected, the preview is automatically generated, regardless of the previously set preview size. This change, while potentially beneficial for some, may not suit everyone's workflow.I propose the introduction of separate settings for thumbnails and previews. This would provide users with greater control over their interface, allowing them to optimize their workspace according to their specific needs.Having separate settings for these two features would ensure that Bridge continues to offer a flexibl

Upon "Batch renaming", and utilizing the preview option to contrast the original files' names against the new titles, long names are disadvantageous because Bridge does not have the feature to extend these long names, which compel users to export the "Previewable data" as CSV file and view them in Excel sheet to double check and confirm the data prior to confirmation.If these 2 steps can be reduced to one by adding this feature that would facilitate the experience and be more user friendly.

Buscar un archivo en concreto por numero de cámara, en una carpeta donde hay centenas de archivos, y querer ver la secuencia completa es muy complejo.En la anterior versión cuando localizabas el archivo mediante el buscador, te aparecía la secuencia entera dejando el numero que habías buscado en primera opción de vista general.Ahora, se queda seleccionado pero tienes que deslizar hasta que encuentras la secuencia... es un calvario!!He probado a moverme por los archivos hacia delante/atrás y aveces funciona... pero no siempre.Hay alguna manera de arreglar esto?Muchas gracias!!

Where is the Tools/Photoshop window for exporting to PSD from Bridge? You can only export to JPG, Tiff, PNG, DNG

Make it possible to change the predefined location of Collection files from C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge 2021\Collections to a user defined location.I use more than one computer and would like to work with the same collections on all my computers without having to copy/paste files ...I know that this requiters me to make sure files are accessible from all computer and have the same adress independent of computer but to me this is a smal price compared to copy/paste every time I make a new collection or a change to an existing.

Bridge is always generating thumbnails and previews! WHY!?!?!?!?! IT IS REALLY F*KN' ANNOYING!!! It is getting worse and worse. since I can't remember which version. Now it is Bridge 2024 (14.0.0.102) I just switched to a folder then back to the "original" one... And Bridge AGAIN generates every thumbnail and preview! WHY?!?!?! I did nothing with the files, nothing changed!!! Some more versions ago there was an option in the settings to save thumbnails and previews in the same folder where my files are. Why it is gone? It was a very useful feature! Please BRING IT BACK! AND Please make Bridge only generate thumbs and previews for those files that are really changed, and don't generate everything just because I took a breath! It is really fckn' annoying!

Здравствуйте, у меня возникла проблема. В новой версии бридж при переходе в режим просмотра слайдов из панели "папки" он делает активным онко "содержимое" и это не удобно. В моей работе содержатся много папок с фотографиями товаров. Мне необходимо быстро переключаться между полноэкранным режимом и панелью "папки". В версии 2022 года я мог стрелкой вниз из панели "папки" выбрать нужную папку. Нажать горячую клавишу "cmd + L" перейти в режим полноэкранного просмотра фотографий, так же стрелками просмотреть их и при завершении просмотра, оставаясь активным на панели папки сразу перейти в следующую папку. Сейчас мне приходится вручную выбирать тачпадом нужную папку и делать активным панель "папки". Это сильно затрудняет процесс отбора фотографий, потому что ежедневно мне приходится отсматривать фотографии в 500 различных папках и оценивать их качество. Из-за этого неудобства приходится пользоваться старой версией. Помогите решить эту проблему!С уважением, Михаил

I own a Digital Photography Plan. When calling the Camera Raw module directly from the Bridge application, I get a message that camera raw cannot be started (see below). I've been getting this message for quite some time now. It didn't appear before and calling Camera Raw directly worked.None of the last few updates have fixed this problem. Camera Raw can only be run through Photoshop.For my work, I need Camera Raw to be launched without Photoshop, i.e. directly from Bridge.I have the latest versions of all modules installed.Error message:camera raw editing is not allowedEditing in Camera Rav requires the editing product to be licensed

At the photo downloader window in the renaming area can you please add a field that adds the file's number extension? You can do that in Lightroom in Bridge but not in the Photo downloader window

Using the term "bin" instead of "trash" can be confusing to American users when they're attempting to delete files or folders. I recommend changing it to "trash" instead to reduce confusion.

Millions of people use new Macs to sort and organize their photos. Apple Silicon is here to stay and Adobe desperately needs to make a native app that doesn't tell me to "Open In Rosetta Mode" when I use a basic function like stacking. Its Honestly ridiculous that one of the most basic features has been unusable for over a year. Lightroom has it so it so why can't Bridge?

Folder color options would be cool. For example, in side-margin Favorites view it would really help my eyeballs scan for key folders. Or in any case. Thx!

Allow all panels to float, and allow auto-resize to screen size by double-clicking the title bar on the panels. This will allow me to place all my panels between two monitors and operate as I like: Favorites, Filters, and Metadata on one monitor, preview at full screen on the other.

When I installed Bridge 2024 and Photoshop 2024, Bridge is still opens files in Photoshop 2023. Please fix this for new annual updates so that Bridge opens files in same version of Photoshop.Experienced same problem last year and it was discussed in the support forum, but nothing changed. Please do it next year. Quite a job to change all file associations individually. Or better yet also provide an automatic fix for this years version.

New Keyboard Shortcut customisation is great but there's a bunch of commands that can't be given shortcuts?Really need keyboard shortcuts for the commands:1) close current content tab2) switch to next content tab3) switch to previous content tabOtherwise they're terrible compared to separate windows (which can at least make use of the OS level shortcuts).There are others - mostly hidden in various hamburger menus; but if it has a way of doing it with a mouse you should be able to do it with the keyboard.

Bridge version 13 does not adjust the size of the output preview so I can view the entire file, and it hides the reset button at the bottom, forcing me to scroll down and over to reset. In addition, even with all the dropdown options closed on the output settings panel, I have to manually scroll down to "EXPORT" to PDF. When doing dozens of photos in a single job, the time required to constant scroll to click the required button is substantial.

I use color a color management system and calibrate by the job - sometimes several times daily. After I set the color profile, I use the "Develop Settings" tool to copy the settings from a color chart that contains the custom profile, has been color balanced, adjusted for density, etc. When I "Paste Settings" to the files taken within that job (sometimes hundreds), the "(color) Profile" is grayed-out. I am forced to open an earlier version of ACR to copy the profile to the images.

Enable undo append metadata.Specifically asking for undo and not delete all metadata since human mistakes we want to revert metadata back to original and not just erase it.

Please enable assigning multiple labels to files. A lot of us dont want to work with keywords and need a visual entity of colour coded labels.Also we classify according to many other systems - so assigning two or more coloured labels becomes crucial.
