-name of the field not showing (it's description, keywords and title on the sample image).-the size of the space for the names is oversized and it is fixed, can not be reduced.-copy-paste in these fields has some issues, it randomly puts previously copied text to a new loaded image

Just updated Bridge to 13.0.0.562 and can no longer open tiff files in Camera Raw, it is as if the program does not even exist. This really sucks!!!!

Bridge Version 13.00.562. running on my Ventura Macintosh Studio pro silicon, will no longer successfully import images from my SD card using Photo Import (get images from Camera) When I insert my SD card, it shows approx 45 B&W skewed images in the preview window, and asks to start the import process. This worked FINE int he previous version of PS, and I've used this method of image ingestion for YEARS. This new Bridge version has a serious bug in the photo import function.

Bridge 2023. When changing panel sizes in workspace it triggers "Compact Cache" warning. Clearly irrelevant, and my cache is properly set and does not require a manual cache compact. Doesn't matter if I say ok anyway. Just does the same thing the next time I change the size of a panel. Not a real problem, just annoying. Have also reset the warnings in preferences hoping it would give me a chance to say "do not show again." But this did not work.

When files are sorted by Filename, Rating , Labels or any other preferences, the file order should be updated automatically when related property is changed such as Filename, Labels or Rating. But the File order is not updated without refresh when after property is changed.The user has to hit the F5 key or run Refresh from the menu to update file order correctly.

With Bridge 2023, on mac or PC, the selection of all the pictures of a stack still works by clicking on the right part of a stack but doesn't work for several stacks... With CTRL + clicking nothing happens on the other stack

Bridge 2023. I think this may be an ongoing issue but it would be nice if it was fixed. In the Thumbnails grid layout thumbnail sizes change when switching workspaces with different size Content Windows. Does not happen in other Thumbnail layouts. Workaround is to deselect and then reselect grid layout after changing the Workspace. Very inconvenient when changing Workspaces many times a day. See Attachments.

in windows 10 right click on folder menu does not open new panel if one is already open - this is the main feature of bridge I use so basically whole program is useless now. downgraded to 2022 version. also dark version is not fully dark. menu is light.

After the most recent update in Windows 10 (10/21/22) scrolling in Bridge (version 13) now occurs in non-contiguous jumps (i.e., I can no longer scroll through a large image set and see a continuous flow of images). The scrolling action itself is smooth but no longer allows me to scroll through a block more than 10-20 images without skipping to a non-contiguous block of 10-20 images. Quite irritating!

After running Bridge 2023 in background on a M1 Studio the memory run full. Then only help killing the Bridge process.At this time, I dont know how to reproduce. But it happend several times.

Few days ago after I composed my comment and was about to submit it by a 'Post' button, I accidentally clicked it twice. From that unfortune occurrence any time I visit this site from that computer and the others (with similar IP) or just in the same network provider area I see big white page with only one word in upper left corner: 'Forbidden'.When I open a site from my mobile phone (where for browsing internet I have other provider), or in my work (again served by other provider) all is okay.I guess some security mechanism blocked my access to the site when detected 2 rapid clicks I did to post a comment. Most likely it thinks that was Spambot activity.I'm wiritng here because there is no place where I could contact with personel. Can anyone reading it advice what I should do, and if possible send me to Administrator?Edit: I cleared the cache but it did not help.

Typing the name (or even the first letter) of the file or folder I want to jump to doesn't always work. It'll work once or twice, then stop working altogether.

Bridge does not open into PS 2023, keeps telling me it cannot find PS 2022. This is in Windows 10, works fine on my lower spec Windows 11 machine.

When I start preview videoclip I see black line right side. This Line is not visible if do not start clip play. Also I checked all my video files - all other players show my files correct.

Latest version of 12.0.3.275 fails to display thumbnails of Nikon's NEF, Canon CR2, CR3 raw files. However, it has no issue in displaying JPEG files. It has been revealed, after this case reported to Australian Customer Support that its previous version 12.0.3 does not have the same issue. It displays all raw and JPEG files. I now have to roll back to previous version and wait until this problem is fixed.I believe this issue is a serious matter that could affect your Nikon and Canon photographer community who use Bridge as a browser on their images before they access Photoshop. I sincerely hope this bug is fixed in your top priority list and looking forward to your next release sooner.

I'm trying to create a preset in ACR that will use the Auto tone adjustments on the Exposure slider ONLY.In the Create Preset settings, I unticked all the options except for the "Exposure" check box and the "Apply Auto Tone Adjustments" box.However, when I use this preset on images it changes ALL the sliders in the "Basic" section, and not just the Exposure ONLY. How come?? And is there a way to do the exposure only? If not, why not?

I am viewing multiple images (around 50) in either List View or Detail View. When scrolling down to see the last image in the list, Bridge shows it for a second, then jumps one image up, so the last image cannot be seen. It is fine in Thumbnail view.See attached (short) video.

Hi, I have Windows 11 and randomly when I go to transfer raw files off my SD card using Bridge, it will show this locked icon for the folders of the SD card. This only happens sometimes, but lately more often. This prevents me from rating/staring the photos I want to transfer. There is NOT a physical lock on my sd card. I checked that first. 

Photoshop Bridge v15.11. When launched, shows an error message with the Bridge's logo in it and nothing else (see pic). When click OK to the message, Bridge quits. I restarted the computer (Mac OS 15.6) and the error continued there. I uninstalled and reinstalled Bridge and the error message is still there. Got fixed temporarelly with a "Hard Reset" method but when launched again the error message shows again. Any ideas? Thanks.

Bridge v15 hangs for approx. 30 seconds each time it starts, whether or not the current folder contains any files or is empty. If I click on Bridge during this time, the display turns grey and I the title bar displays a "not responding" caption - further clicks cause a Windows dialog to open with options to wait for the program to respond or terminate the program.This used to be a problem early this year but one of the spring 2025 updates cured this, until it restarted after an August 2025 update, but now it occurs every time the program starts. I have purged all 100% previews in cache and also purged all local cache files, but this makes no difference to the delay when Bridge starts. It doesn't make any difference whether the current folder is on an internal SSD or not - I don't use Bridge with any external drives. My PC is running the current version of Windows 11 with the latest updates and a Ryzen 7 cpu, 32Gb RAM and plenty of free disk space. Why is Bridge 15.1.1.729 starting to make thumbnails over and over again? I work in the same directory for weeks by now (6400 items), but every morning when I start Bridge, it starts making thumbs as if it has no thumbs in cache. All thumbs are gone!And when it starts making thumbs, it never finishes the job, but it quits making thumbs, whilst the thumbs are not competed until the whole directory is finished.This behaviour is very annoying, as it is very time-consuming and taking resources. Hope Adobe will fix this asap.......

Issue: In Camera raw, if I save CR3 image to JPG, the JPG image is noticeably brighter in the Bridge display. Bridge version: 15.1.1.729Operating system: Windows 11 Steps to reproduce (Very important): In a numbered list, the exact steps are needed to reproduce the problem. Open raw (CR3) image in Camera RAW Adjust imageSave image as JPG with maximum file size 3000 KBClick "Done"  to save the modifications to the raw file in an XMP sidecarActual result: JPG image appears somehat brighter than raw fileExpected result:JPG and raw should look identical.  It has worked this way in Bridge since I strted using Camera Raw in 2018.
