In 13.0.1.583 release (Mac M1) I have sometimes blank background for star ratings area. No logical reason for that.

I have never used the star rating feature but some pictures in my folders have 1 to 5 stars.Is it a bug or are they filled by something in the cloud from Adobe Stock ?

The Manage Cache menu option is still missing from the Tools menu.Has this feature been removed from Bridge?It is still referenced as a feature in the documentation.https://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/using/centrally-manage-bridge-cache.html

What genius made it so Bridge 2023 can't do File > New Window? So it's IMPOSSIBLE to have a Bridge window open on multiple monitors? How can I compare two sets of images to each other on dual monitors? This is daily, run-of-the-mill, completely normal, workflow for MANY, MANY professionals... and Adobe just ruined it and made it impossible...So OK, I'll just install the old 2022 Bridge for my 2nd monitor, then run 2023 (for hopefully some bug fixes, new features, etc.), but guess what? Adobe made it so that's impossible - can't run the 2x different versions at the same time (yet I can still run InDesign 2021 -needed for certain clients stuck on 32-bit macOS's-, and InDesign 2023 at the same time... so why? What gives? Why can't I do that with Bridge as well?)P.S. "Undock" in Bridge 2023, which pops-out ONLY a 2nd thumbnail window, is NOT a substitution. I need the completely separate metadata panel, and totally separate folder tree on the left – which this can't do...

I couldnt use the latest version of Bridge because I want to continue using several windows at the same time. I don't want to work exclusively with tabs; these could be a good feature, but most of the time I need to use 3 or 4 windows at the same time to make faster my job. This option isn't available in the latest version... I'm missing Ctrl + N. Hopefully in future versions of this software the engineering team could incorporate again this option.

13.0.1.583 Open in bridge only works one time per sessionit seems that even after our 2 hour long meeting of all the bugs and things adobe needs to address they still do not care.

After pressing spacebar to examine a photo for sharpness or defects very often when pressing space again to move around the image it just drops back to start position. No matter what I do it just drops back and I can not examine the photo. The screen also flickers alot in fullscreen mode.

What the hell are you doing, whether in the background or foreground, you're consuming vast CPU cycles! The previous version was far more usable...

The option to open photos via "batch - Photoshop" does not work after updating. None of the actions available under "Tools - Photoshop" work. Bridge keeps asking to update Photoshop ("Install latest version of Photoshop to continue") even though I already did.

Two screen devices, PS, Bridge open on the first screen, and the second screen displays other software, the mouse cursor cannot return to Bridge, and cannot continue to operate BR. This Muti has already responded, but there is no improvement.

Was forced to reinstall Adobe Bridge after Windows 11 reinstall. Since install of Adobe Bridge 2023 the PhotoDownloader app will not start. When you plug in a a camera, Windows normally asks what do you want to do and again the link to the PhotoDownloader will not start.Tried to start the PhotoDownloader directly and get a message saying could not proceed due to MSVCR100.dll was not found (which appears to be a C++ distribution.....and I have installed the additional software as well). BUT it should have been included with Bridge as I downloaded and installed using the Creative Cloud.This is critical as this app is one of the main reasons I use Bridge/Adobe.

After viewing a half dozen images the slideshow freezes and the image starts to flicker. I have to manually hit the space bar twice to go to the next image. I have a MacBook Pro with the M1 chip. Prior to the latest bug fixes I did not have this issue.

Camera raw is locked on the upper left corner of the screen and cannot be moved. If there are two screens, it will be locked on the upper left corner of the first screen. What is the purpose? Completely violates the design concept of Windows!

Since the 2023 version i'm unable to rate pictures with the keyboard using the usual shortcut Cmd+(#1-5). Even the command to show only (1-5) stars and higher doesn't work. I can only rate pictures using the trackpad since i'm unable to do it in full screen mode. Maybe it has to do with a French version/french keyboard. I'm on mac silicon with Bridge 13.0.1.583

Labels and Ratings: applying ratings and labels using the shortcuts (no. 1 to 0) doesn't work with a french keyboard (MacOS 12.6.2, Bridge 13.0.1.583).I can apply them by clicking on the stars in the content window. Selecting french keyboard under advanced prefs doesn't help. Never did or have this problem on earlier versions this by the way. Hope it can be solved.

For low key photos that have more dark areas, a pattern is visible when lens profile corrections are enabled. This pattern is visible in Bridge before opening a raw file in ACR, even when the profile is switched off for a file. When exporting a jpg from ACR with the lens profile enabled, the pattern is applied to the image. I found out about this prolem just recently because I bought a modern lens. Since 2017 I have been using vintage lenses and as they have no profiles in ACR, I had no issues. This problem is not new according to what I managed to find. Critical: Spacebar preview after advancing forward or backward causes intense nauseating strobing! I literally get dizzy and nauseous bc the images are glitching tf out! Also, Bridge lost the basic functions of page up-down keys.

Tools "Photoshop" can't use Batch or Image Processor, requesting to install the latest version of Photoshop. Both Bridge and Photoshop are the latest version as of 2022-12-10, I need both many times a day.

All the favorites I established the day before disappear when I restart the computer. I can't easily rename folders and image names often don't even show up in the essentials view. I can see them in film strip view, but that is not my preferred view. Control clicking doesn't give you the option to rename the folder or image.

When batch renaming files, Bridge used to automatically advance the sequence number to the next number after the current sequence, which let you select the next group of images and they would automatically get the next numbers in the sequence. Say, files A to F are renamed to img_xxx, I would get img_001 to img_006. When I'd go to rename the next files, G to M, , the Batch Rename would automatically apply 007 as the next starting number, so the first renamed file would be img_007. This worked until around 2017 or 2018.Now it picks some random number that's of no use to me. See the included images. In the first image, I have the files highlighted that I want to rename. In the second image, I have to enter 31931 to get the correct sequence number to match the original file number (1931). I'm renaming both JPG and CR2 files, so the count should increase by 6, so when I select the next batch of images, I should see it fill in 131937, which would be the next number since the last re

Dear friends, I wrote on the subject three or four days ago and expected it to be fixed instantly as it is so irritating. I and several other of your customers have complained about this. Please fix it forthwith. I have always regarded your product as high quality, but I am afraid your corporate image has taken a bit of a hit over this. The only reason that I and many others stayed with you after you started your subscription business plan was the high quality. I do hope that I do not have to say more......
