CC Libraries Loading Super Slow

Hi all,
We thank all the users for the feedback. While we are seeing that the fix rolled out has improved the performance for few users, we also see that few of the users are still impacted.
To understand the issue better,  can the users impacted share a video of the issue and logs collected using LogCollector Tool [https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html  for our team to analyse the issue better.

Yes, still not working and seems to be getting worse rather than better. 

Our team has this version of creative cloud and see no improvement. Also, it affects After Effects, so we were expecting an update to AE also, is this expected to happen soon?

I know Adobe has posted that this bug has been fixed but this is still happening for me, even with everything up to date. It's such a productivity buzz kill. 

I saw that Photshop was "updated" yesterday (March 29th) but I don't think they fixed the problem. I restarted Photoshop, but I guess next, I will restart my Mac. So frustrating!

I'm on 4.9.20 and I'm still having the same issue. I'm on a pc -  a NEW one that your support team told me I needed

Hi - I can confirm that the Creative Cloud Library Synchronizer Version 4.9.20. update has solved it for me.
