Indesign swatches panel shows multiple corrupted occurrences of the original gradient

New gradients are automatically added/ created for no reason. 

Theses gradients cannot be deleted / modified without Indesign crashing right away

The action of ‘Selecting unused swatches’ doesn’t select these gradients, despite nothing using them.
