Creative Cloud Files WebViewer is able to list layers in a Ai or PS composition .There is also an "eye" to show/noshow this layer. but it looks not working anymore...
for any reason PSD files don't shows correctlyon the other handLayer comps are not listed/activable only layers visiblity is accessible.
I have a lot of space, but when I create a sharing link, I am prompted that the link cannot be created because of insufficient space
Pen tool is not working properly. Found a workaround on another forum that works for now. Pen tool only works properly when there is a 'Work Path' - please fix!
In a cloud shared folder, if a file is renamed it is deleted from that folder. I later found the file in another folder that was renamed almost exactly as the folder where the file was originally placed, but it added percent signs for the spaces. I am not able to rename a file in a shared folder.
I have been trying to get my LightRoom to allow me to upload photos. So far it refuses to let me do so. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling still nothing. I have tried it on both my PC and Mac neither works. When I use the hotkey to try and add them in it does not work. This is the one that is currently running on the creative cloud. I'm not sure what is going on with it, but it is impossible to use if you can't add photos.
I've tried to display the Libraries panel in Bridge for a couple versions now. Every time I activate the panel, I see "To use Creative Cloud libraries, you need to be logged into a Creative Cloud account."I am logged in. Verified both by the Creative Cloud app as well as going to the Help menu and scrolling down to see "Sign Out...(my adobe id)". I would really like to use libraries in Bridge.
it's SO ANNOYING - I save my workspace settings EVERY TIME I use AI and it NEVER saves. It takes 10 minutes to get it back to where I want it. Makes me not want to use the app.
We recently started using Blackmagic Design (BMD) cards for capturing old film and video material. We use the Intensity Pro 4K and Intensity Shuttle. The old material (firewire solutions) no longer works and had to be replaced. Premiere could work (until version 12 - 2018) with firewire solutions.If all prescribed settings are set for, the card will not work. "Capture device offline" is the message. I completely lost my files. Hours of work lost. Just disappeared, not in deleted or in another folder simply vanished and now I can't even open an existing file on Fresco anymore. Beyond upset and disappointed
I have a mac and a pc. When I use my PC the next time I log in to my Mac the sync folder is missing and it can't create a new one. If I restart the Mac CC works again just fine. This doesn't happen in the reverse. The PC is always able to sync and use the cloud libraries and my files. It started with the last update to illustrator. Quitting all adobe products and then opening the programs doesn't fix the problem. I have to quit the programs then restart the Mac for syncing to commence.
I log into my Adobe account and my creative cloud is connected but the app does not show me the libraries and asks me to log in, even if I am logged in

My client could previously view the share links, but randomly CC assets does not work. They get a Error 401 message saying they are not authorized to access the site. This happens on both regular sharing (generating a share link), and direct email invitation access.Please figure out what is causing this bug as this inconsistent working and not working is very frustrating to our clients, myself and my team.
Lately, the Distribute Centre tools aren't working, it seems to default to the Vertical align tool
Reports 45 mins to download a 969MB file shared a RUSH video file composed by a colleague. That's pathetically slow.
This is a bug that has annoyed me to no end. I'll have Photoshop or Premiere open for a certain period of time and CC will randomly sign me out for no reason. Might I ask why? Does it always do this when you leave it open for too long? Is Creative Cloud scared that I'm gonna abandon it or something? I shouldn't have to check every 5 minutes to see weather or not Photoshop is gonna randomly close. Please address this issue so that I can do my editing in peace.
Repro:1. Create an ISO-adaptive preset that includes (has a checkbox for) Lens Profile Corrections.2. Make it the default for a camera model.3. Import a raw photo from this camera.Expected:"Enable Profile Corrections" is selected on import.Actual:"Enable Profile Corrections" is not selected on import. Instead, "Remove Chromatic Aberrations" is selected - which isn't included in the preset.
Have disabled marketing notifications in the CC desktop app but still see regular red dot icon in Mac menu bar. On opening CC, it goes away.I'd like to be able to have CC run in the background and alert me to new app updates, but the number of false alarms means I've had to switch to manual.Please sort it?
When viewing Illustrator files in the Creative Cloud viewer - some of the characters of our font (custom font) are not rendering. Instead, it is replaced by a 'No Glyph' warning sign. All characters type out correctly and print out of Illustrator, so there is no issue withthe font itself. I've attached a screenshot of the issue - the title should say 'Squishy Van'. Have seen the same issue on a number of files that are viewed through the CC website. Please let me knwo any other info you'll need to help sort this issue.

Trying to delete old (3 year+) Photoshop Sketch documents from my 'mobile creations' tab returns an error 'could not delete item'. I have dozens of these files that I can't open or delete in my mobile creations tab.
The issue occurs on iPad, Mac, and regardless of the browser I use.
I cannot share or download any assets that I've saved. I created an image in Capture and I can see it in my library, but I can't do anything with it.I have perused the support site and found nothing that helps. The libraries are pointless if you can't do anything other than view thumbnails of the assets on the site.
