Libraries keep freezing in illustrator

For the last week, after a recent update, my libraries keep freezing after about an hour of use or if I go into another program. The only way I was able to get past this was fully closing the program and reopening again.

I also have a problem with saving my files as well. We use onedrive in our office. Now when I try to save my whole computer lags. If illustrator is not open there is no problem. The only way around this while I am working is either pausing the sync or quiting onedrive.

I've been having this issue across Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for months. It just got much worse with the latest update of IOS and Adobe. My Apps are also becoming unresposive at least once if not many times while working on a project making me force quit the app and hoping it saved my work. It's never been this bad. My computer is pretty new, everything software-wise is up to date, I have strong internet connection, and I've tried the recommended fixes on the other threads that Adobe has linked.

that solution does not work. i have the same issue as everyone else here. i've done the trouble shooting steps for a different issue that your incompetent monoploy does not care to fix, but please stop spitting on the pay customers you entrap in your wildly unoptimized and flawed eco system and actualyl fix these problems. hope you guys get actual competitors so i can leave your pitiful ecosystem.

Yep, CC libraries keep freezing for me as well. It's been months now. Is there any way to create a library that doesn't have to sync to CC? I use to do this all the time in InDesign, but I can't find an option in Illustrator.

This has been happening to me for about 4 months now. It is the most annoying thing ever because I constantly have 4-5 different projects open at once. I have to close everything out and quit Illustrator to get it to work. Adobe, please find the issue...

Same issue here. It happens in both Illustrator and InDesign.

I'll be working for a bit and try to pull something from a library, but the panel is locked up and I can't access anything.

Closing the programing and restarting works for a while, and then it will happen again.
