Adobe Stock Not responding

好像台灣帳戶都有這個問題，測了兩個帳號＋換兩台電腦＋兩種瀏覽器，都有這個問題。

已經下載過的都可以重新下載，但沒辦法下載新的。

遇到相同問題...以為帳戶有問題，結果並沒有（台灣使用者）

pree the download button, nothing happened but endless loading circle gif.

thanks for your replay. I've done every solutions that you gave, but it still doesnt work at all. 
My acccout locates in Taiwan, Asia.  Is there any possible that this problem only occuring in Asia ?

It's working for me. May be your firewall blocks adobe stock or one or the other of the required endnodes. If you are behind a corporate firewall, talk to your IT.

Try also the following:

• use a different browser
• use a different device, like a tablet or phone.
• use a different network.
