Cannot download specific image

Hi,

I'm on the free trial of Adobe stock - 10 assets a month. I'm able to download the licensed images in  my library, except for asset ID #537359767. When I click download on the asset page/from my library, nothing happens. When I try to download from license history, I get the following error:

This error does not occur with any other licensed images. I have tried different browsers, logging in and out of my account, and clearing my cache/browsing history. I believe it's the same issue as reported here: Cannot download specific images

Any help would be appreciated!
