error processing your request

Hi, when I go to license/download anything from stock using my credits I get an error message. I'm able to get free ones, but not anything that costs credits. I've tried the suggested work arounds and no luck.

So, if I understand you well, you are able to licence the free assets, but you get an error, when you licence asstes that are not free. What plan do you have? (Individual, Teams or Enterprise, Creative Cloud Pro...)
