I'm logged in and trying to download a preview, but the the message, "Good News, looks like you already have a plan."

Yesterday, 12/11 it seemed to have fixed itself, but today, 12/12 it's doing it again. Please advise!

Today, 12/13 it still persists.

Today, 12/15 it still persists.

Today, 1/17: I've discovered that it ONLY works when you are on the specific image page. Otherwise, it still gives the error.

Experiencing the problem as well.  I've been using Adobe Stock for a long time and I've never had a problem before.  Tried clearing my cache, new browser, etc...   Not working.

I found out that once I purchased one image it let me download previews again. If that helps lol. Still frustrating and annoying but whatever the glitch was, once they have your money (which they already had bc I had 84 unused credits available) then it miraculously solves.

aaaaand, I'm back to the same error. Using Incognito worked just the one time, it seems. So frustrating.

As an in between solution, so I'm able to try out images in layouts, I'm doing screenshots. I thought having Adobe Stock was supposed to make our lives easier. 😫

And then I was on the help desk chat and he was "looking into it" for a solid 25 minutes and then it disconnected with zero resolution. Great job, adobe team.

I'm also having this exact problem. I've cleared cache, I've removed my extensions, I've tried incognito mode, chrome, firefox, and safari. I have 85 available credits. I can browse and purchase but I can't use a preview or save to my library. Soooo extremely frustrating.

I loathe Chrome. I am absolutely not going to install it. So what am I to do?

If anyone from Adobe is monitoring this conversation (hahahahahahahaha!), count me as another customer who is about to cancel my account. NOT worth it.

And I'm beginning to suspect it's all just a ploy to have to buy more images, through trial and error.

UPDATE:

It now works for me when I open a new Incognito window.

Browser is still Chrome, and I did not clear my cache this time around.

I (finally) had it work when I:
Used Chrome (I usually use Firefox, with a few extensions....)
Had purged the cache
and I believe went Incognito.

That being said: is this practical for most designers? No. Most people use one browser and have it customized. Adobe telling us that we have to strip our browser configs AND go incognito is both poorly building/maintaining a product that WE are paying for and also bad customer support.
Honestly...I think I'll ditch my plan. Their offerings aren't that special nor are they price competitive.
