im currently facing this issue when trying to download any audio files, i cleared cache, changed browsers, logged in and out with no luck still.

 

my account is for Adobe for Enterprise

yes i cleared cache, history, changed browser, changed computer and had no luck!

You could still try a different computer, but if the issue is on the Adobe side, that would be of no help.
