    This problem is fixed. Users in TW should be able to proceed as normal now. Thanks everyone for your patience.

    Really sorry that you are experiening this issue. There is an issue with Taiwan users that we are tring to fix. Meantime, please switch to HK or English by clicking "Change Region" at bottom of the website.

    Select other countries and then download, it will solve the problem

    What is the error message? Did you try with a different browser? Did you try changing the network?
