I can't upload my photo because the Payooner account appears to be constantly connecting

Hello.

 

I recently connected my Payoneer account to my Adobe Stock Contributor account. My Payoneer account has been approved and I can see multiple "Adobe Canada Services Corporation" funding sources in Payoneer, which indicates that the connection request was received.

 

However, in my Adobe Stock Contributor account, the Payment Details section still shows the Payoneer account status as "Connecting..." and the connection never completes.
