Libraries not loading completely

Every time I try to open one of my libraries with saved and/or licensed images in my browser on my desktop computer, the page only loads the first 20 or so images, then keeps trying to load, but nothing happens. Very unfortunate if there are more than 50 or 100 images in one library. And while the loading process goes on I can't open any of the few shown images to license or download them. I have already emptied my cache and tried another browser, but that did not change anything.

Hi @Petralit ,

If you already shared the errors with support, no need to post it here.

If the libraries don't load on assets.adobe.com website, then the issue is not tied to Adobe Stock.

No, they don't. At the moment I can only access them through the creative cloud.

 

"Do you have any error displayed in your browser console?"

Yes, I have already sent all the errors in my browser console to a member of the (english) support. Shall I copy them here, too? I had to send two different .txt-files with all the error messages.

Non è possibile visualizzare l'anteprima delle immagini raccolte nella maggior parte delle mie librerie Adobe Stock e scompariranno quando si fa clic, mentre le immagini raccolte di seguito non possono essere caricate.
Ho chiamato l'assistenza e aperto un ticket, ho provato a cambiare browser, nessun tipo di pop up attivo, è come se la libreria andasse in loop di caricamento e rimanesse in un limbo, anche facendo un re-fresh della pagina il problema persiste.
Se voi risolvete il problema, comunicatelo per favore.

I got a call from Adobe technical support and they asked me to give them more information via email about errors in my webbrowser to help them idintify the problem. If you encounter the same issue with Adobe Stock libraries ask the support to help you and talk to someone in technical support. Maybe that will take a while until you get in contact with the right person. Don't give up! Tell them exactly what problem you have, so that they can further investigate and maybe give you a call, too.

I think it's a problem on the Adobe website, so that users can't do anything about it. Maybe adobe hast to clear their website cache instead of telling us to do so. Several years ago I encountered a very similar problem and it was resolved by Adobe. They did something on their end and it worked again. Today I'll get a phone call by some support member. Maybe I can lead them in the necessary direction. If so I'll give an update here.

 

In the meantime try to access yout stock media through the creative cloud app, that works for me.

I also encountered the same problem. The pictures collected in my Adobe Stock library cannot be previewed and will jump away when clicked, and the pictures collected below cannot be loaded. What should I do?
