My Adobe Stock account is not allowing me to search for anything or see my own library.

Whenever I search for anything when logged into my adobe stock account it comes up with a page not found error message whereas when I search when logged out, I can see all images. When I try to go to my library to see images I have already liked, i get another error message saying my request could not be processed. Any idea what is going on?

When I try to use stock, when I try to download my selection, it tries to updale to a bigger plan, even though my existing annual plan is paid for good for a couple of  months. I rarely use this, and once I do, I have no capacity to dowload images.

I’ve just come off a chat with Adobe and it’s possibly an issue at their end. Was advised to try again in 2 hours.

I’m logged in to a company account and everything works except Adobe Stock. No reasonable explanation, and have tried in two browswers.
