My Adobe Stock account is not allowing me to search for anything or see my own library.

Whenever I search for anything when logged into my adobe stock account it comes up with a page not found error message whereas when I search when logged out, I can see all images. When I try to go to my library to see images I have already liked, i get another error message saying my request could not be processed. Any idea what is going on?

You are not signed in in Adobe stock. But I do not understand why you have 4 plan credits.

The "Page not found" is comming up when you look at an asset, that has been deleted or that does not exist.

I am signed in - I don't know why the "sign in" icon is there. If I am not signed in, I can see all assets - it's not a specific asset I can't see when signed in, it's everything.
