Unable to receive SMS OTP code for account verification (+856 Laos)

Hello,

I am trying to add and verify my mobile phone number for my account security, but i am not receiving any OTP SMS code.

When I try to submit the number (+8562096328455), it shows the error message: “ an error occurred during this operation. Please try again later.”

Could you please help check or resolve this phone verification issue for my account?

Many users have reported technical issues on the Adobe Stock Contributor portal where "Laos" is missing or broken in the country/region dropdown menu, making it difficult if not impossible to complete the profile setup.

You might have better luck with other services.

Are you trying to create an account to purchase licensees, if so, have you tried costumer support? Or are you trying to become a contributor, if so have your tried talking to contributor support?

It’s a Catch-22 loop.

Phone verification failures prevent users from reaching the Contributor portal to contact the Contributor Relations Team.
