Why out of nowhere am i now being charged to download stock video??

I pay $79.99 a month for my plan, i have plenty of asset credits and have always in the past downloaded video for around 6 credits each. All of a sudden, every single video i try to download, I'm being charged $79.99 for. I've also looked through a lot of different videos and they all say "enhanced" and none of them are available for credits anymore.

@andrewt81757952 you should update the other thread, as there seams to be more activity. The 16 credits were a temporary fix. It seems like there is a bug that hinders you from licensing the data that you should actually be able to license.

So i was only given 16 credits, which allowed me to download 2 videos. Now i have to pay another $79.99 for another video? When i already pay that monthly for "unlimited"???
