Adobe Express: Animate Characters - Internal Server Error

have been having this problem for 3 days now....different browsers no change.

I am having the same problem right now I can't even animate the video

This feature is still not working and shows aame error from last 4-5 days to me as well.

I am having the same issue. I have been trying for three data to animate a voice recording. I am grtting Internal Error Message over and over and over and over... 

same here, it's been 2 days i can not proceed because of Internal_server_error.

hello guys, today i have same problem, my audio file is m4a cannot use in adobe animate, so i convert my audio to mp3 and thats work! maybe you can try that way 

Hello, I've been trying to use this feature but I get the same message every time. I tried several things but nothing seems to be working, I always get the same Error code: INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR.
