This feature still isn't working. I've cleared my browser cache, tried different browsers, restarted my browsers, and restarted my computer, tried different audio files, but nothing has worked. I continue to get the same error message every time. I tried the customer service suggestions, didn't help. Let them know in July that it didn't work, never heard back. It is now October. And, I still get the same error.

I've tried it on a browser too. It still isn't working

I've tried it on the app. I've cleared cache and it still is showing the error. I will try it on a browser to see if it works

I've been having this issue for the past 2 days. I've been trying it multiple times every hour but the same error message keeps on coming up.  2 days ago it was working well too but now I haven't been having any luck
