I have been trying to make short, animated videos from voice files using the "Animate Characters" feature but keep receiving the error message: "We were unable to contact our service. Please try again later. (Error code: INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR)."

Yes, I have been able to create and edit a few videos with no problems! Thank you for your work on this, Abhi.

EXACTLY!  I work at an elementary school where students work hard writing scripts. Each time, they are disappointed that they cannot animate their work, IT KILLS ME

I am paying for the entire adobe package and I am having the same problem. I hope they solve it soon. It is definitely very annoying and frustrating.

Nope, didn't work.  Nor did incognito browser window.  Very frustrating.  Are they actually working on this?  I mean, I know it's a free product, but how about having some pride your work?
