Unclear why I cannot download PDF. PNGs download ok.

Thank you for reporting issue and apologies for any inconvenience caused. Can you share some more details around your project where the issue is faced? Additional information like:

1.How many images are added ?

2.Do you face issue only after adding your image or without adding your image as well ?

3.Can you share screenshot of first 2-3 pages of template used for reference ( Please remove any personal content from the screenshot)

There are many images (around 30).

Same issue with both images or without images.

I have same issue, I tried different browsers, and laptops. no luck to download, it stays long time at 90% (almost complete message) but then there is an error download.

It is a template I used from Adobe, it contains images that I added, the project has 11 pages, but I tried also one page only, and it doesnt work either.

Hi Guys, I cannot seem to be able to download my artwork when I download as a PDF, the upload continuously stops at 90 %, when I download as aPNG file it downloads with no issue, I really need this work as I have spent may hours preparing it, can you please assist.

Cannot request a download of a layout in a PDF format. Continually receive an error message with this file type.

Any chance you could help me as well? I've cleared caches and cookies, tried different browsers, etc. It gets to 90% and then stops. Error message:

PS: If I upload a document and and convert it, then download as PDF it works. But *not* if I've created the document in Express. Very strange.

HEYY THIS STILL DOESN'T HELP. I AM USING THE APP AND IT JUST NEVER DOWNLOADS PDFs. I HAVE BEEN A USER FOR A LONG TIME AND THIS ISSUE HAS ALWAYS BOTHERED ME. PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS. THANK YOU
