I can’t open Adobe Express. It shows me this message: “This site can’t be reached. Check if there is a typo in express.adobe.com. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.”

I try to open Adobe Express from any channel (browser, desktop), and it shows an error like this: “This site can’t be reached. Check if there is a typo in express.adobe.com. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.”

Hi  Changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8 WORKED. I wish I would have tried this sooner. THANK YOU!

    Hi @ricardod67122674!

Welcome to the Express community! I believe the last part of your error message means that something in your configured settings is blocking Adobe Express.

First, try using this URL for Adobe Express: https://new.express.adobe.com/

Next, and you might have already tried this, but I would clear your cache & cookies, disable any VPNs, and/or check your local security settings.

I hope this helps and gets you back online and using Express!

    Hi @JuanDazo!

Thank you for sharing that. 3-4 weeks is a long time to be dealing with this, and I completely understand how frustrating that must be. I'm glad you let us know what you've already tried so we can focus on the right next steps!

Since cache, cookies, and VPNs aren't the culprit, the DNS issue is likely being caused by a local security or network configuration. Here are a few things to check:

    • Firewall or antivirus software:  Check if any security software (Windows Defender, a third-party antivirus, or a corporate firewall) is blocking access to new.express.adobe.com. Try temporarily disabling it to test.
    • DNS settings: Your DNS resolver may be failing to find Adobe's domain. Try switching to a public DNS like Google (8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) and see if that resolves it.
    • Hosts file: On Windows, if applicable, check if express.adobe.com or new.express.adobe.com has been added to your hosts file (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts). It shouldn't be there.
    • Network/IT admin: If you're on a work or school network, there may be DNS filtering in place that's blocking Adobe Express… it may be worth checking with your IT team.

Hopefully this helps point you in the right direction and we get you back up and running on Express soon!

    Rose
