I upgraded my account and signed out and signed back in, but it won’t let me make anything because it keeps saying that I am out of space.

I upgraded my account to 2tb, and I signed out and back in several times as well as restarting my iPad, but it still says that I am out of space and for me to upgrade my account. What do I do.

Hi, Thanks for your efforts on this. I upgraded to the 2 Tb. plan and I am seeing this across all devices. I see no trash folder and all my files have been long deleted. The new plan is showing as active and I have signed out and back in again in my iPad as well as as my iPhone and MacBook.

Hi @missmidnight72, thanks for reaching out. Since you've already upgraded your plan and signed out and back in, it sounds like your new storage allocation may not have synced yet, or your deleted files are still counting toward your storage.

Could you try the following and see if that helps?

    • Verify that your upgraded plan is showing as active in your Adobe account.
    • Sign out of your Adobe account completely, then sign back in after a few minutes.
    • Empty the Deleted folder in both your Creative Cloud Files and Adobe Express Your Stuff, as items in the trash can still count toward your storage.
    • If you've only recently upgraded, allow a little more time for the new storage quota to provision, as it can occasionally take up to 24 hours.

If the issue persists, could you let us know:

    • Which Adobe plan you upgraded to.
    • Whether you're seeing this on your iPad only or across other devices and the Adobe Express web app as well.
    • A screenshot of the storage message you're seeing.

We'll be able to investigate further once we have these details.

    Thanks!
