My students made projects and sent me links for their work. Some also sent emails to collaborate. I cannot view these files.

Hello - I decided to experiment with creating a presentation in Adobe Express instead of Powerpoint. I've got one page where I want several images to appear one after the other, so used the 'layer timing' feature with each image as a different layer. It plays fine in the normal view, but when I go to 'Present', nothing happens - the page is blank, and there doesn't seem to be a play option either as there is for a video. Any click or key press seems to just move it on to the next page. Any thoughts?

I used the AI template generator, but when opening a sepcific template for further editing, it won't load.

Where is my previous work? This is absurd

Hi,For me the schedueling is still not working with Facebook. It looks good, the connection seems stable, but then my scheduled post failed to publish. I've already refreshed the token many times (it was sussessful, but on the posts it requires refresh anyway). Thanks for your help!

i have a premium account and i have three devices i use regularly, being the laptop, tablet and the phone. I use the same login, but the tablet and the phone they are in sync but my WORK on the laptop is not sync to the other devices and vice-versa, please help.

Essayez d’ajouter une vidéo plus courte." Or, Instagram a augmenté il y a quelques semaines la dirée limite à 180 secondes. Ce serait bien de le mettre à jour sur le planificateur.

When I open a PDF file now with Adobe, I get grid lines, which I didn't ask for and don't want, yet I've navigated through seemingly every likely tool and could not find any way to deactivate this function

I am trying to open a template from a shared library to create a new post but receive the following error message "We're unable to create your new file. Please try again." (see attachment)When attempting to open the template the preview does not display (see attachment)I have retried and also tried with other templates in the same library with no success. I have tried to repeat this action in two different browsers, Chrome and Firefox without success.I have repeated the action after deleting all browser history data on both browsers, again without success. Other known users of the library are not having the same issue and are using the same type of computer, OS, and browsers.

Only 6 of my old files have transferred and I need access to all (years worth of work) asap. I can find them in "My Stuff" but it says "Error, cannot convert" when I try to open/edit. I also cannot find directions about how to go back to the previous version of the app. This is devastating, please help.
