File reaching error report and missing layers when attempting to export

For some reason, express won't download a PDF today. It gets stuck at 90%. That being said, it'll download the file as a PNG?

Whether we duplicate it, rename it or adjust permission settings, nothing changes. My partner and I cannot share files properly. I can see a shared file in the "recent" bar below, but I cannot move them or ever see them in my own files even after duplication. That makes file sharing almost useless when it comes to iterations on that file. When I click the file on the "recent" bar below and try to "see location", it takes me back to my own files- where nothing appears.

Every time I click/select a page, the screen jumps to the first two rows of pages only (unless I'm already viewing them). The page is still selected, but I can only use the actions on the taskbar at the top left of the screen (select all pages, add a page, duplicate page, delete page). I can rearrange the top two pages and drag them to a lower page, but I can't rearrange nor drag lower pages at all.

I imported an ai file to work on in express and there are many features missing that would be nice to have. Specifically kerning, my text no longer fits the way it is supposed to.

My projects are all missing - with new update.  Following your prompts to retrieve and migrate over however it's doing nothing.   It is not working and continues to bring me to the new version with the exact same problem/ prompt  HELP.  I have several projects needed 

I made the mistake of logging in with my student account but clicked personal use instead of student. Now I have 2 accounts linked to the same email but one is not premium and I cannot share my webpage without upgrading........ very, very frustrating!!!

The home page is completely blank. NO options to create content. If I open an existing file, the editing menus are also blank. The share menu is blank and has been for a while. I have cleared my cache, signed in and out, disabled ad blockers, tried different browsers, and no change. I can't use the app at all now.

cursor not coming, text not coming very slow response

It’s really hard to scale an object on mobile to the point where I thought the feature was removed completely. Even when I zoom in for some reason it’s still very hard to change the scale of the object without going into the scale settings.

Following the awful update to express, the standard UK paper sizes of A3, A4, A5 have all disappeared? Please can you reinstate these paper sizes.All the print sizes seem to have gone? Another poor decision!      

I placed this square shape over my image to try and reduce the opacity and turn it into a filter. However, for some reason it has locked and when I try to unlock it nothing happens. How can this be fixed?

I created a post that would schedule to post to Facebook and Instagram. I added photos and a gif. There were no errors. I submitted and the post went live at the right time, but the gif did not move. it was stuck on one image. I checked the gif I uploaded and it does move and the format is .gif. But on instagram it appears as just a photo. The weird thing is in the preview on Adobe Express it moved. So it made me think it would also move in the post.

Some on our University account cannot access our branded fonts in Adobe Express, while others can. Could you please assist us?

When Iuse express.adobe.com the incorrect language is used. I want the language English, the same as my account not French.

I had over 50 templates and I only see maybe 20 in my account. Can you please tell me where the rest of templates I created are located. Thank you
