My poster is downloading but only showing the top 1/3 of the download, i've tried saving different file names and in different locations and the outcome is the same, this is very frustrating....

Hello,I am experiencing an issue with an Adobe-generated QR code. My phone (iPhone w/ up-to-date iOs 17) will read them just fine, but my laptop camera (HP Elitebook w/ Windows 11 Enterprise, version 22H2) will not read them. I saw another post saying that I needed to make the link shorter, so I did. However, the shorter QR code still didn't work. I tried the same links in tinyurl and bit.ly and the QR codes scanned just fine in the windows camera/QR scanner mode.  I created the QR codes using Adobe Express within my Google Chrome browser last week (2/26/2024). I printed the QR code and attempted to scan it through the built-in QR scanner in the Windows 11 camera app. Both QR codes did not show the link to open in the camera app, despite changing the size, distance, and orientation of the QR code printout. It works fine with an iPhone, but I am trying to get QR codes for students to use within a classroom with school-issued laptops. If it works, it should open a Google Drive

As above. Windows 11, Chrome 123.0.6312.106Go into brands and color swatch. Half the time the palette is off the screen, have to zoom out in Chrome to see it. Can't resize the palette. Half of it is cut off. Change to RGB values input and it only shows one number for each value. Have to input and wait to see if it was put in correctly. This looks pretty bad. Picking colors is the most basic thing you can do in an app and it seems a lot of people have this issue.

I have been finished with my flyer for well over 30 minutes now. Anytime I try to download my creation, it says "we're working on it, you'll be able to download soon." Anytime I go to logout it says "autosave isn't finished yet." I really need to download this.

sometimes, when an item is selected, the download doesn't include that item at all

The file sizes are limited to 20 inches. I want to create a roll-up banner that has 33.5x84 inches. Would it be possibel to create a file that size for printing a roll-up banner?

I really want to love this program and justify paying the annual subscription, but it's really hard given all the glitches. I often have issues downloading a PDF format of the file I've created. The PNG and JPEG download quickly and just fine. The PDF stalls-out at 90% download then gives me a "file error". I use this program to create print-flyers so reeeeeally need the PDF format to work.

I can't upload phots onto the app today. Why?
