when using erase tool the menu side option bar appears blank with no options.

Can't acccess or download my work

I have published my presentation however it is still not giving me the option to embed a code for it.

Hi why some text justify are missing. All lines equal

I click on the colour picekr icon in the backgroudn colour selection box and nothing happens

If I try to use Generative fill it stays loading but never actually allows me to use it.

Is it possible to code AI so it doesn't produce extra fingers, toes etc? Thanks 🙂

Text won't loud on my project

it never went past 54%

I can not download some of the design assets on my art board.

I have a premium acces to the express, I use soem pictures which are premium. but when I try to download the project, it shows error. help

Hi, does anyone know what to do? When I click on Adobe Express from my Creative Cloud panel it opens but the templates will never turn up. They just keep flickering. Same in my mobile app.  

While I am editing the timeline, every time I click into a scene or audio clip, it does not select it, as the scrolling function takes me back to the very beginning every time. The adobe comment forums suggested to edit "automatic start from beginning" in preferences, however my preferences do not provide that option.

i go away for about 6 weeks and come back to develop the next project and everything is gone. This is not how you support a product. I will find another product somewhere. And I am stopping all my adobe subscriptions so i don't have this happen again.

We have been trying for days to publish perojects to turn in the link/project to Google Classroom and it just won't work. I don't know why others work and these don't. They have worked in the past. We are using the Web based platform on Adobe Express. I think it's the most up to date. The laptops are Chromebooks, all up tp date. The photo is blurry, but I had to crop from a video. It's an error message saying "We cannot publish your link at this time. Please try again." We've tried for days.

The Audio is out of sync in the final downloaded video. It plays fine on the original clips and it's working well when played in the editor. I've tried to download it twice and both times the audio is slightly out. you can see the lips moving out of sync with the audio. It would be out by a fraction of a second. Is there a fix or workaround?

When I import an AI file, I'm having such trouble with the text/fonts importing with it. This file had a simple Source Sans Variable and all came through as rubbish so then I have to rebuild each page to make them into templates.

doesnt allow to specify shape of crap

Hello! I noticed our webpage in the backend shows our brand fonts but it doesn't do so on the front end. Not sure how this should be fixed!

It is extremely frustrating to be working on something and every time you click on something to move it, the image box pops up and shifts the artboard to the side. It's a constant fight. The artboard shouldn't move when any box pops up. Also, it won't let me shift the artboard left or right to zoom in on an area I am working on, I can only scroll up and down. In Illustrator, I can move the artboard any direction I need to.

I don't know how else to explain this. Have been through this via email and phone call.. Please see that attached. Every time I do a redemption code, it defaults to the wrong email (with the poster googly eyes). I need to be linked to the account underneath with the stack of folders otherwise I cannot collaborate with the other account under Bronx Arts Ensemble.

Like dozens of othe people on your forums - i'm not able to download file becasue there's licencing issue and asking me to extend my plan or replace the asset - meanwhile i've got full premium access. It's insane that you didn't make anything about this while i'm looking on conversations on Adobe forums.

when i hit "erase" to try to restore a part of an image NOTHING, not even eraser options, pops up

I cant use the crop tool to crop a picture to different shapes. It must be a bug.
