I have the premium subscription and I'm still not able to use it. It shows that I have it but won't even let me use a font.

I'm getting a constant error stating a file size exceeding despite trying to upload a jpeg which is around 500 KB. Need an urgent solution

I receive an endless loading animation when trying to use any functionality on Adobe Express. This includes using text-to-image generative AI and also when selecting a template (e.g. an Instagram Tile). This issue means that I cannot use the platform at all.

I want to use the service provided by Adobe Express, but I did not find the language I wanted. I did not find the Amazigh language. Even the editing tool does not display the Tifinagh letters and does not read them, so I was not able to work with these tools. For this reason, I ask you to include the Amazigh language in the list of languages, and I hope that I will fix the problem of the tools that do not display them. And do not read the letters of Tifinagh. For some reason my GRID option has a permanent photo in it. Are you able to reset it for me?

We don't have good templates for anniversary, pyramids, effiel tower to start with at https://new.express.adobe.com.

Can't download logo. Can't edit logo, double clicking does nothing. I can right click and get some options but none to download or modify.

When I lock elements I cannot select the elements under the locked object

Al seleccionar distintos elementos en la pagina de trabajo, se agranda y se achica esta, ya que en la barra izquierda se cambian las propiedades de estos. se vuelve molesto trabajar. de igual forma al seleccionar un elemento, no se puede arrastrar al primer intento, antes no existían esto errores

When I download this document in PDF the text loses the configuration I gave it for the space between texts, I attach the download so you can see the difference between the document within the platform and how it looks when I download it as PDF.

I cannot get access to Express fully, as I have had before. Cannot use Elements, frames, illustrations etc. Why??

No generative fill menu in main page

Every time I click on text, the zoom shifts to a larger size. It's incredibly frustrating to be constantly clicking between text boxes and the zoom options, especially when trying to adjust something a small amount, only to have the whole text box jump to a new position in the document. Can this be fixed so the zoom size can be locked in place?

Cannot select all audio clips in timeline to shift along in time on the timeline

Hi, We have been having this issue for some time and it happens every time we have to Reauthorize our Facebook connection to Adobe Express. In Facebook we have 2 accounts. One called Echidna Sewing (our main page with multiple stores under it) and one called Echidna Sewing (Townsville Agent) - see screenshot from Meta. The problem we have is when Adobe Express is pulling them through the options to reauthorize it is calling them both Echidna and not adding the "(Townsville Agent)" at the end of the second one. This means we are just selecting one and hoping it is our main page. BUT we have now multiple times clicked on the wrong one and instead of our posts going to our main page it is going to the wrong page on Facebook. I have some web background knowlegde so I can at least see the IDs in the developer window but I cannot expect our other staff to be able to do this. PLEASE PLEASE create a fix for this.

I'm unable to download my file even after having premium membership

I am unable to access Adobe Express. Each time I get a privacy error that blocks me from accessing.  I have tried different browsers, with firewall on and off, I have downloaded the extension and the same thing happens. I have cleared the cache and cookies.  I have checked to make sure I am not using a VPN, sometimes that turns on by itself. It is off. I have turned to PC on and Off again, updated antivirus.  I am trying to access this through the web browser for PC. Using Win11.  I have used the mobile app this morning which works fine its just a pain to do what I want on the phone when I have a graphics PC at my disposal! 

In 2023 (up until and within December 2023) I had My Projects folders in My Stuff. All folders have now disappeared. Any idea how these can be accessed by me or where they have gone? Can they be reinstated? Thanks.

Files saving on Express is taking very long, sometimes never saves, can you please assist.

I have attempted to download a project several times and each has failed. I paid for the premium access and now can't reach someone to get any help.

Hello,all of my layers and sequences in my Adobe Express file are now merged into one videolayer and i can’t  change anything. It happended while I have tried to create a copy and then changing aspect ratio. It messed it up, merged it into one layer and stretched it to new aspect ratio. After that, not only my copy ist damaged, but my original file ist merged into one layer, too. What can i do? Is there anykind of backup? Or ist that file — work of multiple and multiple hours — now lost?
