in the middle of work, a bunch of my recently created project are not accessible. one minute they are all fine, the next a bunch of them seem blank or broken.

Any document I created all of a sudden will not load I get an error stating "Unable to load document". I refreshed. Cleared cache even tried a different browser not having any luck.

I can' seem to be able to download whole Files as pdfs... whenever i go to download an choose all + pdf it either doesn't work at all or downloads a zip file with every picture as png files

it is not letting me draft or add anything to the schedule once i put in all the info and press the button it does not post only goes grey and loads but will not post

I use Adobe express on laptop windows 10, but my project does not appear on my phone. I set up sync function to be on, on my iPhone. I use the same account on both devices, try to reinstall the app, logout and login, but nothing helps. This problem makes my student project work to be very difficult. I paid for the service to use it all features!  I see that this problem is existing from a year ago, and some people still have it, including me! How can I fixed the problem for me?

when i generate an image in firefly and edit it in express, the prompt gets transferred to express as well. express gives me four or more options from the same prompt. only one file gets saved on the cloud, and even the prompt goes away. i would like the associated prompt to be saved please. is there any way one can retrieve the prompt from past files stored on cloud?

Tried multiple times within the new framework to create a webpage via desktop. Ain't happening for me on Chrome/PC this afternoon. Thank you!

Project was shared but every time I try to access its a 404 page

I have a design I worked on last night on my personal Mac in Safari. I opened it on my work Mac in Safari today, and some of the fonts used haven't loaded. In fact, the font selection drop down just keeps circling too. I have tried refreshing, deactivating extensions, and making sure content blockers aren't on.

This works great on my logo, allowing me to use it on any background. However, it removes one of the letters. The rest are left alone. Is there any way to get ALL of my letters visible?
