I'm trying to update the font on my poster slightly and when i export I m not seeing any differences from one version to the next. I tried renaming it and still the same issue.

all my folders disappeeared and the contends are now all in one place. i don't know if lost any data. Why did this happened? How will i bring my folder structure back?

All my folders are gone...again. My files are all just under files. I am very sad and frustrated.

Allignment issues

I had all of my files organized into folders. The folders are gone. This is a horrible mess of files to dig through and I need my folders back, PLEASE!!! Can you help?

all of my file where strored neatly in their appropriate folder, but these folders have gone and all of my files are now just sitting in the files folder all mixed up.

I lost my old files and the folders I created. This was not an issue when I working yesterday. It is an issue today.

My program is not working. Nothing happens with my media tab, my elements tab, text tab etc. This has been going on for over a week now.

Only 5 minutes of the video I edited uploaded to the website.

Ich hab gerade auf "Deine Inhalte" versucht zuzugreifen - worüber wir uns nach Monaten die Inhalte strukturieren - und nun werden mir dort Einzeldateien angezeigt und vor Allem nicht alle. Die gesamte Ordnerstruktur ist weg. Bitte umgehend wiederherstellen!

The names for the various movements, themes, techniques, etc. are all gone and the pictures are tiny 😞

the edit timeline will not go off my screen

Hello, unfortunately, as of this morning, all of our different project-folders have disappeared. The individual posts are now unsorted (without folders) next to each other and we cannot find anything anymore. Is there any way to fix this problem?Thanks in advance!  Best,Luca-Marie Bauer    

When I logged into Express today, all my folders have disappeared and I no longer have the option to create a folder.

I used to have all my files organized by topic, and when I logged in today, all my projects are not organized, there are no folders... what the heck happened?!?!

Can't click anything

Hi there, I am downloading the pdf of my flyer as usual but when I save it, all the background images disappear.

See title. I was literally just in Adobe express a few minutes ago and I have folders...now they are gone and it's just a huge mess.
