In the old Adobe Express there was an option to turn any thumbnail into a collage like in the picture provided. I can't find that option anywhere. When I ported over to the new Express all of my previously made thumbnails lost a great deal of visual quality.

I set the background to trasnparent for all my scenes. When I export the mp4 and bring into Premier Pro, the background is not transparent, it's white.

Hi, I created a image and I can't download it. it looks like you are processing my image and can't be downloaded. It looks like I can't open my saved work as well... I hope it has not been lost? thanks

adobe express is now absolutely useless because of the speed it performs tasks at from the click of any button. It promises everything, looks great but because of the performance issues its just not practical to use any more. My work flow is interrupted and efficiency is appalling. Ending my subscription now. Please let me know when the issue is fixed and I'll be back but for now I join others in the community forum with the same issue.

Adobe express is now unusable. It takes an age to perform simple functions. It lags. You click a button and nothing happens for minutes. I tried to resize a file walked off for half an hour came back and nothing had happened. The old adobe express was brilliant because it was easy. I now only can use the mobile version. I'm dreading the day that they 'upgrade' the app.  It's wholesale awful. But I'll leave you with one question perhaps an easy answer.Where has the duplicate project button? This was previously in an intuative obvious place. Now that adobe has adopted the UX of a Rubix cube I'm struggling to find it. I just don't understand the reasoning for the changes . It worked really well. Maybe you could have given it a more pro look. But that's all that was needed. If someone could explain to me the benefits of this upgrade then please crack on. I really believe this update will have an impact on users mental health. 

I recently updated my brand for my marketing job and added all the fonts and such needed to advertisements. The fonts are in "Your Stuff" but I'm not able to select all of the fonts when creating a project.

I'm trying to create a link of a webpage I created for a uni assignment, and nothing happens. I have tried two different browsers and the same thing happens.

this happens to often..you still have no mobile to pc files and that was the whole idea of this APP??

It's not working in Safari. It only started to show something when I made it into web app. Still extremely slow to the point I can't use it.

Mein Instagram-Token ist abgelaufen. Möchte ich die Verbindung aktualisieren, verbindet es nicht mehr wie früher automatisch über meta mit Instagram. Stattdessen kommt eine Erklärung wie ich mit Instagram verbinde. Wir haben einen Business-Account und auch Facebook ist mit Express verbunden.

Jeg oplever flere problemer i forbindelse med at oprette og redigere brands. Jeg kan ikke uploade nye logoer eller nyt grafik. Når jeg trykker på '+' symbolet sker der ikke noget. De få opdateringer, som den tillader mig at lave på brand-siden på website, opdaterer ikke i Adobe Express appen.

Hola! Estoy preocupada porque no puedo abrir mis archivos de vídeo. Sale un mensaje que dice que Abode no permite este formato de vídeo. Y si intento descargarlo, dice que la descarga pasar a segundo plano cuando esté listo pero nunca se descarga tampoco. Son vídeos que creé con Adobe y quiero recuperarlos porque son importantes para mí. ¿Por favor odéis ayudarme? Me caso en dos semanas y quería recuperar el vídeo de Mombellino y el de Mamiblue. Gracias!

I began on a template to create a project. I changed templates in the same project and eventually completed it, creating four pages in one set altogether. I even printed some of the pages. Now, when I open up my files, it shows the first template that I started with. All of the modifications I try to look back on, only show the original template. All of my stuff is completely gone. Please help!!!

hello, when editing videos it leaves an excess of blank white of where the old video was. cant it crop that out too? Look on the bottom of the screen shot

Hello, I tried adding fonts from my Adobe Cloud named 'Tussilago' to be more precise. Unfortunately, they don't appear in my Adobe Express app no matter how much I attempt. Strangely, when I manually upload a font file, it does show up. I'm uncertain about the issue here. It seems that the fonts available at https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/tussilago are not linked to Adobe Express. 

I can't download a video due to an ID copywrite problem. But the content with the ID that is blocking the download does not exist on my video.

Con Spark adobe podía añadir una marca al final de una página web hecha en formato boletín. Ahora me es imposible. o no veo la herramienta. Gracias

I have transparent PNGs exported from R and when I try to put them onto adobe express, it turns the background to black.
