Adobe Expressで小学校行事の簡単なチラシを作成しPDFに変換したのち、小学校が使用している情報共有サービス「スクリレ」というアプリにアップしていただきました。しかし、公開されたチラシを確認すると文字がぼけて読むことが出来ませんでした。PDFデータを軽量化して再度アップしてもらいましたが同様の問題で文字が読めません。互換性の問題でしょうか？

I use the Nunito font and I know that it supports Cyrillic, but for some reason this font (Nunito) does not support Cyrillic in Adobe Express and automatically changes Source Sans 3

The feature description is misleading, the name and description suggests that I should be able to load and convert multiple files at once. Yet the file upload only supports selection of one file at a time, and drag and drop shows an error which explains nothing about why I am seeing an error, and links to a site without the context of the error in place. After the feature wasted my time, I came to the conclusion that it only supports converting one file at a time, which is not helpful at all. I want to be able to drop multiple files, up to 100MB total size, and convert them to i.e. Rich text file. The screen says we support files up to 100MB, does not say 1 file up to 100MB. but dragging several files returns an error.

Since my last visit of Adobe Express, there must be radical changes.Where is the "Collage" in the "Create new" menu of the main page? Some weeks ago, I could select "Create new" --> Collage --> Upload the photos --> Select the Size --> Fine tune the image -> Export the Collage. Where is the "Collage" in  the new Adobe Express?

I am in Spain, I am not using a VPN and my language preference in Chrome is English, however I get the Express interface in French. I can't see an option to change it anywhere. If we're using automatic language selection (based on cookies, language preference, etc.) I recommend adding a language drop down in the interface, since it's not always right.

I converted the png with Chrome and with Edge now - both doesn't work. In the browser it shows the image perfectly, though when I try to open the download in Photoshop it only shows me about 10 % of it (like a 2 cm stip from the left). Same when I put it on a InDesign Document.

Trying to cut a 3 minute song to fit a 13 second video but it just chooses the earliest time. Makes the product worthless for this use case.

I tried to share a presentation with another teacher, but the teacher cannot open it, it just spins. Also, last year, I could embed a presentation into Canvas so students could make a copy of it to edit, but now I cannot do that. Our tech team has been trying to fix it, but nothing seems to work. Please help! I need students to be able to access the presentation.
