Keeps downloading a previous graphic I made, after changing the logo. Also started to download just a blank white square instead of the graphic designed in the app.

I am unable to download a short onto my computer or via the adobe express mobile app

This is my first time using Adobe Express. I added captions to a video, translated them to another language, made some type corrections to the translation, and adjusted the point size and positioning of the captions. The video appears perfect in my browser. When I download the video, some of my changes are made, but not all. What could be causing this?

My last work will not download. It's very frustrating. It stops at 20 percent then errors out on any device that I tried
