Adobe Firefly Service Failure Report

I would like to point out that since last week, when I try to generate a video from an image with Adobe Firefly, I get the message "A problem occurred, please try again later" (in Italian, "Si è verificato un problema, riprova più tardi"). I am using Adobe Firefly via Firefox, version 136.0 (64 bit). Could you please fix this or if there is any problem with my account could you please let me know what is wrong? Thanks!

Hi @alessandror473816,

Firefly text to image works?

I just looked back at the OS you mentioned you were on, 10.15.7. Note, that is an old version and is no longer supported by Apple. The minimum requirement for Firefly is macOS version 12. Are you able to upgrade? That might not be the source of the problem here, but it is harder to get attention for a problem if you are on an unsupported OS version.

Additionally: I also tried on that second computer with Safari version 13.1.2 and with Safari it doesn't even open the Firefly website. Maybe there is some incompatibility with the browsers.

I asked to access another device and I tried it from a Mac OS 10.13.6 with Chrome browser version 116.0.5845.187. It works. So the problem is in my computer, or in my browsers.

Hi @alessandror473816,

I am running out of questions....  Just to be sure, you are on a Firefly premium plan (see plans listed here) and do have sufficient credits remaining to generate videos, right?

Thanks,

It worked for me too, with the same images. Now it doesn't work on any images... I'm in Italy. Unfortunately I couldn't try on other devices, but only on different browsers.

Hi @alessandror473816,

Frustratingly, I was able to use those keyframes to generate.

What country/region are you in?  Have you tried using another device to generate other than your Mac (even a mobile phone or tablet)?

Thanks,

Of course. But the problem persists with any image I upload.

Hi @alessandror473816,

That looks like the ending keyframe (in your original posted image). Can you please upload the beginning one?  I was able to use that ending keyframe ok in a video generation. We have seen some images used as beginning keyframes trigger this issue.

Thanks,

I don't know if this is the correct way to upload the image. I'll try this. However, it's the same image that I've already used for three other generations, all went well, so I don't think this is the problem...
