Adobe firefly video generation failing - generate button not working [merged thread]

It won't start generating after inserting all the input and pressing the generate button

I could not generate the video from image and the button is disable even though I have enough creadits. Could you please assist on this.

Hey @Chun30978960i6mn 

 

This can be frustrating for certain.
 
1) Consider clearing your cache.
2) use a different browser.

3) open a new tab and start over.

 

Bonus: I always start with the basics and turn my computer off and on. I also turn my wifi off and on every so often. (honestly, I don't know why this sometimes works.)

Hello @Aleksdabrowska,

 

I have merged your message into this thread with others who have had this problem.

 

Can you try generating in another browser or an incognito/private browsing window and see if that works.

 

Otherwise, please answer the questions from my pinned reply above: Diagnosing generate button does not work.

I can't click the "generate" button while trying to generate a wideo in Firlfy, I have credits so I don't know why I can't generate it

when I set the selection criteria to generate an image, the generate button is not active. I attach PHOTOS

Hey @Michele de Luca 

There could be something going on w the server. In cases like this, I turn my computer off and on, open a new tab some basic stuff that sometimes help.

I was experiencing the same issue. I reduced description removed request about two lines or so. Got a base image. But when I readded the sentences for additional items the system stated to try again later.

the bottom for generate is always in grey and i cant do nothing

Replying to myself: managed to get it working by logging out completely and opening a new incognito-session. It seems my previously created videos are gone, though. Luckily I have the best ones saved locally.
