Adobe firefly video generation failing - generate button not working [merged thread]

It won't start generating after inserting all the input and pressing the generate button

This problem seems to be affecting a number of people. I merged your post into this thread. The cause is not yet clear. If you can please answer the questions in the pinned post, I can pass that along to the people diagnosing this problem.

So, after I type in a prompt and hit generate, nothing happens. The intro video is still on the screen. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I merged all these reports together because they seem to be the same problem. A bug report has been created. It would be helpful if you are experiencing this problem still, to provide the information in the pinned message above.

The generate button does not work, not even in other browsers

I upload first and last frame image and write a prompt, hit generate but nothing happens. i even tried pressing it for a couple of seconds but nothing happens.

What type of plan are you on, enterprise or personal?

 

If you are on an enterprise plan, your enterprise plan has to have Adobe Video on the plan. Please contact your local Adobe administrator. If Firefly video is not on your enterprise plan, they can contact your organisation's Adobe account representative to enquire about adding it.

 

If you are on a personal plan, Adobe Firefly video is a premium service which requires a separate Firefly premium plan. For more information, please see the pinned reply in this post: P: Plan error in generating video.

 

Note that all accounts received two complimentary Firefly video generations. After those were consumed, you have to be on a plan that includes Firefly premium features.

 

If you have purchased a premium Firefly subscription or you have access to Firefly premium services on an enterprise plan, please include a screen shot of the whole browser window (including you avatar in the upper right corner) with the error showing, and then please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of that box, blacking out your personal details. Please also tell us your operating system and browser along with the version numbers.

Generate AI video does not work at all. The area on the screen where the video should be generated is stuck on Adobe's Firefly informational video.

Nothing happens in Firefly text to video when I click the generate button.

Whenever I try to generate a video, either from text or image it doesn't generate.
The generate button turns grey for a little and then instantly turns blue again. I've tried it on 3 different browsers (Chrome, Edge and Brave)

Where does it go wrong? I've generated videos in the past and generating images works just fine.

Hi folks,

 

We have received a number of reports of people having a problem in Firefly video creation where when they press the "generate" button nothing happens. To help us diagnose this problem, please tell us the following:

  • Do you have a Firefly Premium plan (Firefly Standard or Firefly Pro plan), or an Enterprise plan with Firefly Premium services?
  • Have you ever been able to generate videos?
  • Is this problem intermitent or does it happen always?
  • Does it happen on more than one browser?
  • What operating system and browser do you have and what are their versions.
