P: Firefly Premium Features require a separate Firefly or Creative Cloud Pro subscription

actualmente cuento con un plan Creative Cloud, en el cual está incluido Firefly. Sin embargo al usar Firefly en la web me indica que debo adquirir un plan. Solo pude generar 2 videos

Firefly subscription active but credits not usable – generation not possible

 

Hello everyone,

Yesterday I subscribed to a paid Firefly trial plan (2,000 credits per month, including video and audio features).
My Adobe account shows the subscription as active and correctly listed.

However, I still cannot generate any content:

  • Image-to-video works only very limited or not at all (often only 1 generation instead of the expected amount).

  • The daily free credits are not available (it usually shows 10/10, but I cannot use them).

  • Premium features such as multiple video generations are not unlocked.

  • It seems like the subscription has not been fully activated on a technical level.

I have already tried the following:

  • logging out and back in

  • using different browsers

  • clearing cache

  • checking that I am logged in with the correct Adobe ID

Unfortunately, nothing helped.

Has anyone experienced this issue before?
Is there a known delay in activating the subscription, or does Adobe Support need to activate it manually?

Hi, I don't know how you managed this issue. I have just realized that, despite having a Creative Cloud subscription and seeing Adobe Firefly listed as included in the plan, I cannot use it unless I pay extra.

Honestly, this is misleading advertising and simply not fair. Firefly is promoted as part of the plan, but key features like video generation are locked behind an additional paywall. On top of that, the results are often inaccurate and problematic, with poor quality and inconsistencies.

The cost for the premium features is also excessive considering the current performance. I find this unacceptable — users shouldn't have to accept this passively.

To be honest, I'm no longer sure I will renew the plan, especially considering other issues I’ve faced. There’s a serious lack of transparency, and the customer support experience has been extremely disappointing and unhelpful.

This situation reflects a lack of seriousness and respect towards users. I hope someone from Adobe or the community can help clarify or escalate this properly.

learn from google that how to use models. you gave us 2 free usage where your models failed to give us what we want and the trial is ended lol adobe

Firefly says not enough credits but I have Monthly generative credits 1494/1500 credits left

Guys, it’s really disappointing that you’ve started limiting AI tools with credits. This decision puts the entire Adobe community at risk.
We already pay a significant monthly subscription fee, and we expect full access to the tools Adobe offers. Isn’t that enough to support the development and operation of AI?

On top of that, Adobe’s AI still often works with errors — and we end up spending credits on every flawed generation.
It’s genuinely frustrating and discouraging.

problème avec firefly, j'ai des crédits et abonnement adobe, mais impossible de "payer" en crédit pour générer une image, ou une vidéo. Ils me disent simplement que j'ai utilisé mes deux essais gratuits. J'ai 2000/2000 crédits firefly renouvelables tous les mois dans mon compte.

Hola! Estoy intentando utilizar la función de vídeo generativo con Adobe Firefly. Tengo 998 créditos, pero no me premite generar mas vídeos. Solo me ha permitido crear los dos vídeos de cortesía.
