It won't start generating after inserting all the input and pressing the generate button

I ran into this issue just now. I have been generating videos today, but then one got stuck and I deleted it.

After that I'm not able to click the "Generate" button. I have the premium subscription and plenty of credits left. Using Mac and Google Chrome. Everything else works (image generation, settings, etc.), but the "Generate"-button is grayed out and I'm not able to click on it.

I would need a solution to this quickly as I am working against a deadline. Thanks!

Have you successfully generated before? What model were you using (Model 3, Model 4, Image 4 Ultra)? Please tell us your OS and browser and the version numbers.

I am trying to generate an image on Win 11 Pro, v. 24H2, desktop. I'm doing this online, so I assume the version of Firefly is the current version.

I typed: Nice sunny day, cute peaceful, oblivious bunny is sitting in the grass. While ferocious predator cat has leaped, from behind, and is in mid-air about to pounce on helpless bunny. Camera angle as from another bunny's point of view.
I asked for Widescreen, and hyper realistic from the side panel.

When I click Generate, there is a slight color change in the button, but nothing else happens. No image appears.

I don't know why it didn't work the first time, but I followed a different link from this area, and it generated images. They need work, but at least images were generated

What OS and browser are you using and what version number? Others have had this problem (which is why I merged your message into this thread), but it was believed to have been fixed.

I have managed to generate 5 or so videos. Now I'm trying to create another and the when I click the Generate button, nothing happens. I've tried reloading the page several times, double checking the settings, click and no response.

The behaviour is you press press the generate button and nothing happens? Is this still happening today? If so, can you please answer the questions in the first pinned reply in this thread?

I am a Firefly subscriber and when I create a video from a photo I see that the create video button is stuck. What is this problem and what is the solution? Please help.

You get to test it, after using your attempts you need a firefly subscription to use it. If you are trying the video features you need a premium subscription, if you're trying image features a lot of the regular adobe subscriptions has that included

For anyone having this problem before, are you still having it today? A fix rolled out might have fixed this problem.
