Adobe firefly video generation failing - generate button not working [merged thread]

It won't start generating after inserting all the input and pressing the generate button

When i click the blue generate button it turns grey for a couple of seconds then turns blue again and nothing happend. No error nothing. How do i get this to work?

Hey!

 

The button will turn grey when you are generating, it can take some time for the generated video to appear. You can view the progress just above the text field. 

 

Can you find your generated videos in the history at https://firefly.adobe.com/files?tab=generationHistory

When I click the generate button to produce the video based on my prompts, nothing happens. There is no error or anything. The button animates like it was clicked, but then nothing happens on screen. Using in Chrome on Win11 and MacOS, in both normal and incognito windows. I've also tried Safari and Edge(Win11).

Yes... everything is updated. Yes, I have credits.

Having the SAME issue.

After prompting tekst and hit the generate button nothing happens even no error message.

What type of plan are you on?

 

If you are on an enterprise plan, your enterprise plan has to have Adobe Video on the plan. Please contact your local Adobe administrator. If Firefly video is not on your enterprise plan, they can contact your organisation's Adobe account representative to enquire about adding it.

 

If you are on a personal plan, Adobe Firefly video is a premium service which requires a separate Firefly premium plan. For more information, please see the pinned reply in this post: P: Plan error in generating video.

 

If you have purchased a premium Firefly subscription or you have access to Firefly premium services on an enterprise plan, please include a screen shot of the whole browser window (including you avatar in the upper right corner) with the error showing, and then please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of that box, blacking out your personal details. Please also tell us your operating system and browser along with the version numbers.

Nothing happens after I write a video prompt and hit generate.

Hey, ar eyou on a school or teams account? 

 

Also can you try loging in icognito mode? Sometimes browser plugins can interfere.

Have you purchased the Firefly Standard or Firefly Pro plans?

 

If you have, please include a screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing. If you were using reference images or keyframes, please upload those as well. Please tell us the prompt you were using. And finally, please also tell us what operation system (OS) and browser you are using along with their version numbers.

Not able to generate video,
whenever clicked on Generate button, it just go grey and again blue.

Text to video generate button disappeared. All other firefly tools work.

The button to create a video from an image is not active.
