Adobe subscription scams me with Adobe Firefly

It's not fair to pay for a subscription that includes Adobe Firefly when Adobe says "it's not available in your country" but lets me use the free trial and also suggests finding partners in other countries and paying for it. Should I pay double?

Oh, I see. I am sorry, I did not understand.  Firefly video and translation are Firefly premium services and they require an additional subscription. While text to image and other image Firefly services are included in Creative Cloud subscriptions, the text to video and image to video are not. This has been covered in more detail in this thread: P: Plan error in generating video.

I already have a monthly Adobe plan, and according to the active plan, Firefly is included. I don't understand why I have to pay twice or buy from a third party, since it appears to be included in the plan.

Based on this chart: Adobe Creative Cloud Availability, in Honduras, you do need to purchase through a reseller. You can click on the "Buy via Resellers" button to see your options.
