To better understand what is going on, I’ll need you to get a fresh HAR recorded with Preserve log enabled, starting before they click Generate and stopping immediately after the error.

Please also capture the browser Console output and provide the exact UTC attempt time. The HAR must include the failed generation request and its response headers/body; otherwise there is nothing request-level to trace.
