Bonjour

Je me suis abonnée à la formule complète créative clous et en arrivant sur firefly on me dit que j'ai utilisé tout mon crédit hors je n'ai pas pu créer de vidéos à part la semaine dernière quand j'ai fait un essaie avec la version gratuite 

on me dit que j'ai utilisé les 1000 crédits génératives alors que pas du tout 

comment réparer ça ?

Thank you for your message. 

Are you getting a message that all of your credits are consumed or is it telling you that you have to subscribe to a Firefly premium plan to generate video?

 

If it is telling you your credits have been consumed, please include the following information:
• A screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing.
• Then, please click on your avatar and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.

 

If it is saying you have to subscribe to a Firefly Premium plan, Adobe Firefly video is a premium service which requires a separate Firefly premium plan. For more information, please see the pinned reply in this post: P: Plan error in generating video.
