Can no longer download from generated Ai Images in Fire Fly

Regarding downloading images:
Could you go down to your generation history and see if you can download it from there?

Firefly is soooooooo slow and I can't download my designs from the button on the top right of image!!!

I can only download the generated images from the generation history, but not directly from the generate page.

Downloading option: Go into your Creative Cloud app Files= Generation history
 

or
scroll down the main page to Generation history (easiest)
Press Generation history then view all

Could you please reply with the following information:
An example of the image & prompt that you are using would help.

• A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).

• What model were you using (such as Firefly Image 3, Firefly Image 4, Firefly Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3, etc.)?

• A copy of the keyframe(s) or reference images (if any) you were using.

Are you getting error messages? If yes, what are they?

firefly wont let me download any of the images and it keeps taking my credits and not producing an image

You can also go into your Creative Cloud app and download them from there as well.

I have had that problem recently, go to your generation history and find the images then download them from there, I hope this helps

I am generating images based on a prompt, but when I press the Download button, the image is simply not downloaded.

2 possible work arounds.
1 Generation history. Scroll down a bit on the main homepage tap your generation history then tap view all.

2nd Adobe Creative Cloud app

Files = Generation history
