Can no longer download from generated Ai Images in Fire Fly

I’m able to generate images (becuase i have credits) but out of no where it stopped downloading. I tried restarting the browser, restarting the browser, clearing my cache, logging out and logging back in, but nothing seems to work. Every time i click the download buttons on the generated image it just gets stuck on Downloading… and will never download. This started last week on April 23rd, 2026

After I create my image I then try to download it. It will just spin and won't download

Hey @MrEd72

As a work around, go into your Adobe Creative Cloud app and download the images from there.
Files = Generation history

It is the same description as stated by others that occurred a month ago. I am also being penalized credits for image generation and then being unable to download it. What is the point then? I'm getting tired of these big companies expecting us to be okay with it a glitch and not be compensated for it. You advertised and marketed this product to be used on a mobile platform yet it is not functioning as it should. If you are unable to support your product for a particular application then you shouldn't Market it as such. In the meantime, it is not my problem that the app does not function as it should as you have advertised it...nor will I PAY for a service that falsely advertised its capabilities.

I’m having the same issue. The only way I’ve found to work around this is to Share the Image to my Adobe Express account and download from there. Hope they figure out how to fix this because what I am I paying for exactly? 😂
